Sentral: Pelancongan sukan makin popular
SEREMBAN: Kerajaan negeri akan terus mempopularkan pelancongan sukan menerusi penganjuran pelbagai kejohanan sukan bertaraf antarabangsa dalam usaha menarik seramai mungkin pelancong domestik dan luar negara ke negeri ini.
Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, berkata pihaknya yakin sukan dan rekreasi mampu menarik kehadiran ramai pelancong pelbagai peringkat usia, sekali gus membolehkan sektor pelancongan negeri terus berkembang.
"Kita akan terus mempelbagaikan aktiviti menarik pelancong termasuk membabitkan pelancongan sukan kerana ia kini semakin berkembang dan mampu memberi manfaat kepada banyak pihak terutamanya pengusaha hotel dan resort.
"Sehubungan itu, kita bersedia menjadi tuan rumah sebarang kejohanan sukan bertaraf antarabangsa bagi menarik kunjungan pelancong dan menyenaraikannya dalam kalendar pelancongan negeri," katanya.

Central: Sports tourism becoming popular
SEREMBAN: State government will continue to popularize sports tourism through sponsor of various international sport championships in the effort to attract as many domestic and foreign tourists to this state as possible.
Chief Executive, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said, his party is confident that sports and recreation are able to attract attendance of more visitors from different age range, altogether developing state’s tourism sector.
“We will continue to diversify activities in attracting tourists including involving sports tourism since it is developing and will benefiting many parties especially hotel and resort entrepreneurs.
“In line with that, we are ready to be the host of any international sports championship to attract tourists’ visit and list them in state tourism calendar,” he said.
