描述2：工频耐压试验仪运行检查方法：
根据试验电压选用一个定值电阻，如2.5kΩ，将其接在耐电压试验仪的高压
输出两端，逐渐升高试验电压，观察过电流继电器动作时的电压是多
少？动作电压应不低于2500V 并在允许的范围内，则表明符合标准要求;当
输出电流小于100 mA 时，过电流继电器应不脱扣的要求。

Low-voltage electromechanical contactors and motor starters：AC contactor products factory inspection instructions
Description 1: Inspection methods have shown as below: Clamp ampere meter, or current transformer in conjunction with ammeter, or samples are adopted to inspect the current settings of desired test instruments. Parallel voltmeter, or voltage transformer in conjunction with voltmeter, or samples are adopted to inspect the voltage settings of desired test instruments. Appropriate chronograph or samples are adopted to inspect the time setting of desired test instruments. Appropriate thermometer or samples are adopted to inspect temperature settings of desired test instruments. Appropriate barometer or samples are adopted to inspect air pressure settings of desired test instruments.
Description 2: Inspection method of power frequency withstand voltage test instrument.
According to test voltage, tester shall choose a fixed resistor, such as 2.5kΩ, and then connect it to high voltage output terminals of withstand voltage test instrument. As the test voltage increases by degrees, tester observes how much the act voltage of over current relay is. If the act voltage is not lower than 2500V and is within permitted scope, it shows the relay meets the standard requirement. When the output current is less than 100mA, it has requirement that the over current relay shall not break off.
