THE POSTURE POSE: An exercise of stance. It teaches you how to correct your posture. When you slump, you compress all your organs; you force your spine out of alignment; you set yourself up for bad posture, spinal disorders, and disease. In addition to bad posture, you also create great pressure on your heart. The heart is situated between the lungs. If you slump and your breast-bone sinks in, you're actually strangulating your heart, as well as all your internal organs. You are not allowing the proper amount of blood to flow through your heart or the other organs of your body.
It is important to stand tall and keep the blood circulating in the heart. The Posture Pose teaches you how to do this. Although it is not how you are going to stand when you are relaxed, it will teach you to stand straight and tall when you are relaxed. | Translation - Portuguese

Em locais afastados da estação emissora de TV, onde o sinal é recebido com dificuldade, deve-se recorrer ao uso de antenas de maior ganho. Essas antenas são formadas por vários elementos: um dipolo, cortado para uma determinada freqüência de uso, ao qual é ligada a linha de baixada, mais uma série de diretores e refletores. A diretividade e o ganho aumentam ou diminuem em função do número de elementos, bem como a impedância característica.
