- Native English speaker (British); B.Sc Honours Geology 1983 and research training 1983-1987; over 24 years in Finland; good written and spoken Finnish; good knowledge of American English; over 14 years translating experience; over 19 years of English checking experience; business training (2006), have also worked in Finland as a geologist and an English Teacher/Trainer (among others); Finnish Computer Driving License, A-level (2006; mainly Microsoft Office programs)

GENERAL
- Able to translate and/or proofread a wide range of topics including business, scientific and technical, industrial, information technology and general texts; can offer British English training to small groups or to individuals (e.g. conversational English, business English etc.)
