الشارقة – 3 اكتوبر 2007 : اعلنت شركة رويال هاوس العقارية في الشارقة ، عن انطلاق اعمال الحفريات في مشروع ( برج النسيم ) ، اول برج ذكي في امارة الشارقة، والواقع في منطقة النهدة في الشارقة ، ويعتبر برج النسيم من المشاريع الضخمة والهامة على مستوى امارة الشارقة ، حيث سيتيح الفرصة لساكنيه ، لاختبار طريقة حياة جديده تتميز بالسهولة والتطور ، من خلال نظام ذكي ومتكامل لادارة المنزل ، يمكن الجميع من التحكم بالامور المنزلية اليومية بكل سهوله ويسر ومن اي مكان يتواجد فيه الشخص .
وفي هذا السياق صرح احمد بن علي الخييلي رئيس مجموعة رويال هاوس بقوله : يعتبر برج النسيم من المشاريع الضخمة والعملاقة لشركة رويال هاوس العقارية ، حيث ستتولى رويال هاوس لمقاولات البناء - وهي احدى شركات المجموعة - مهمة تشييد البرج بالكامل.
واكد الخييلي الى ان برج النسيم سيتضمن الكثير من المواصفات والميزات التى ستجعل منه مشروعا عقاريا ناجحا بجميع المقاييس ، حيث يلبي المشروع المتطلبات الكاملة للحياة العصرية ، ويجسد الرؤية المستقبلية لرفاهية المساكن في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة .
وعن المواصفات العامة لبرج النسيم تحدث الخييلي قائلا : يتمتع البرج بالتوزيع المعماري الداخلي الفريد من نوعه ، وبالمساحات الواسعة التى تميز الشقق ، والتى تتنوع في خياراتها من غرفة نوم واحده او اثنتين او ثلاثة ، الى جانب البرج المخصص للمكاتب ، وقد صممت الابراج ليكون لكل منها مدخل منفصل ، بالاضافة الى العديد من التسهيلات والمرافق الاخرى من مركز للتسوق وحدائق مواقف للسيارات وغيرها .

Royal House Real Estate provides the latest architectural technologies & announces the laying of the foundations of the Naseem Tower
Sharjah – October 3rd, 2007
Royal House Real Estate announced in the Emirati city of Sharjah the beginning of laying of the foundations of the Naseem Tower project, the first intelligent tower in the Emirate of Sharjah. This tower which will be located in the Nahda area of Sharjah is considered one of the largest and most important projects in the emirate providing the people who live there a very comfortable and new way of living. This will be achieved through an intelligent and integral system which will manage the flat providing the homeowner the complete control of daily tasks from any place he or she may be, inside or outside the home.
In this context, according to Mr. Ahmed Ibn Ali Al-Kheyaili, manager of the Royal House Group, the Naseem Tower is one of the largest projects of Royal House adding that it will be built by Royal House Constructions, one of the several sister companies in the group. Mr. Al-Kheyaili emphasizes that the Naseem Tower will include many amenities and distinctive features that will make it a successful real estate project in all aspects. It will completely answer the needs of modern day living by making the future vision of homeowner comfort in the United Arab Emirates a reality.
Concerning the general characteristics of the Naseem Tower, Mr. Al-Kheyaili states the tower enjoys a distinctive architectural distribution in the interior, wide spaces as well as a variety of flats – from one, two or three bedrooms – to choose from. Next to the resident tower is the other tower assigned to be used specifically for offices. Each tower will have its own entry as well as many facilities and complements such as a mall, gardens and parking.
In reference to the technology of the intelligent home, as explained by Mr. Al-Kheyaili - which will be included in every one of the flats of the Naseem Tower and which goes by the name of "Home Net"- it is an integral electronic system which can control through a mobile phone or laptop from inside or outside the home functions such as home security, household appliances and lighting. This obviously represents a very important step forward in the sector of intelligent homes.
Mr. Al – Kheyaili concludes the real estate sector in the UAE has opened itself to the international market while expanding continuously. This growth has led to the presence of a variety of high tech home systems making the intelligent home a product in high demand all over the world. Finally, this product will be widely received by investors and developers in the real estate sector not to mention the first choice of buyers in the future.

Translating and interpreting are academically challenging professions. They oblige the professional to acquire more knowledge with the objective of solving the ultimate dilemma of man: the lack of communication.
Bearing this in mind, I graduated with a five year bachelors or licenciatura from the Universidad de Granada, Spain where I have lived for more than 14 years. This has given me a deep understanding of the language as well as its culture.
By the same token, I spent more than 6 years in the Middle East where I studied Arabic and lived among the people there interacting with them in Arabic daily. and eventhough I understand some dialects, I always take pride in reading, writing and speaking in Modern Standard ( or Classical) Arabic.
In relation to my professional experience , I have translated from Spanish and Arabic to English and vice versa. I have also translated from Arabic to Spanish as well as from Spanish to Arabic. Among my translations are:
- an application form for a student loan from English to Spanish
- a study dealing with the creation of bronze statues for Professor Antonio Sorroche Cruz ( Facultad de Bellas Artes / Universidad de Granada) from English to Spanish
- an annual development report for the Tunisian Republic which consisted of more than 10,000 words from Arabic to English as well as 10 pages of a military contract ( the sale of military equipment) from Arabic to English for Colin Smith, a highly qualified Arabic & French to English translator as well as founder of Filtran Translation Agency
- a real estate sales contract of 4,000 words from Arabic to English as well as other language work for Royal House Real Estate, one of the leading real estate firms in the Emirate of Sharjah
- the translation of parts of a Quranic commentary التفسير الواضح الميسّر by the renownd Islamic scholar Muhammad Ali Sabuni as well as a traditional grammar of the Arabic language from Arabic to Spanish known as متن ابن آجروم , a basic Arabic grammar taught in traditional Islamic schools
I always depend on my vast personal library of monolingual as well as bilingual dictionaries. If there is a term or expression I do not understand even with the help of my dictionaries, I then proceed to use the internet dictionaries and encyclopedias which normally have the most recent terms. If all else fails then I consult translators with more experience in the area. For instance, when working on the development report for Tunisia had it not been for the fundamental assistance of Prof. Abdelouadoud El Omrani, a highly qualified English / French to Arabic translator from Tunisia, the completion of the translation would not have been possible.
