Foreign Direct Investment
Overview
Despite the global financial crisis that has had a significantly negative impact on global capital flows during 2009, Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in Greece were satisfactory.
During 2009 total capital inflows into Greece reached 4.5 billion Euro, and net inflows exceeded 2.4 billion Euro.
Compared with 2008, net flows of FDI into Greece showed a 21% decrease as a consequence of the international crisis.
Nevertheless, the decline is much lower than the decrease of international FDI inflows which, according to UNCTAD estimates, reached 39%.
As depicted in Graph I, during 2006-2009 FDI into Greece have steadily sustained higher levels compared with the period 2003 – 2005, despite fluctuations.
Even in 2009, when the global crisis gradually affected Greece as well, the volume of net inflows of FDI is higher by far than that the period before 2005. Many factors, such as infrastructure improvement, have played an important role in this significant increase of FDI volume.
A noteworthy characteristic in the trends is that total capital inflows (which better show the country’s FDI performance) have a much lower fluctuation than net inflows and have substantially increased in volume in the last four years.

Foreign investors have a relatively more stable position regarding capital inflows into the country, whereas, on the contrary, their capital outflows (for instance, the repayment of loans, investment abroad) have a much more diverse character.
It is important to underline that a large share—about 55%—of the FDI total in 2009 was directed toward new business establishment, mergers, and acquisitions, and in increased share capital.
In addition, a notable percentage – about 7% - of the total FDI inflows represents reinvested earnings, a sure sign of confidence among investors and a strong message of their intent to remain in Greece for the long term. | Translation - Arabic

A Representative must be active and in compliance with the Agreement, P&P and the Compensation Plan and have paid the Registration Fee or Annual Administration Fee to qualify for commissions and/or bonuses. So long as a Representative is entitled under the Compensation Plan to receive commissions and/or bonuses, the Company shall pay commissions and/or bonuses to the Representative in accordance with the Compensation Plan. Representatives must consult the Compensation Plan for a detailed explanation of the benefits, commissions and bonuses structure and the corresponding requirements.

performed, are, in fact, lawfully permitted in his/her country/state/providence. If a special licence or professional degree is required in a certain location to legally make such statements or perform such presentations, or to conduct
business, then it is the Representative’s

Notice
The noncustodial parent must:
1. Tell DCS of all address changes, employer changes, or any other changes that might affect the child support amount or the obligation to pay support.
2. Complete and return the enclosed Health Insurance Information form.
3. Tell DCS when you provide health insurance coverage for the child(ren) and when health insurance coverage ends.
4. Tell DCS if a court or child support agency from another state asks the noncustodial parent to make child support payments to them.
If you signed an acknowledgement of paternity and want to rescind or challenge the acknowledgement or deny paternity, you must file an action in court. See RCW 26.26.330 and RCW 26.26.335.
The custodial parent or physical custodian must:
1. Tell DCS of any address changes or employer changes (if appropriate).
2. Tell DCS when you provide health insurance coverage for the child(ren) and when health insurance coverage ends.
3. Tell DCS if any child named in this notice leaves the your household for purposes other than visitation with the noncustodial parent.
4. Tell DCS if any child named in this notice is no longer attending high school if between ages 18 and 19.
DCS may use any collection remedies available under Chapters 74.20 and 74.20A RCW to collect unreimbursed medical expenses owed by the custodial parent.
In any proceeding to establish, enforce, or modify a support order, DCS may serve written notices on the parties to the order by first class mail. DCS may serve these notices to the last-known address of the parties. Petitions for modification of a support order may be granted by default if a party fails to appear at a modification proceeding. This applies even if DCS cannot prove that the party who failed to appear actually received the notice of the hearing sent by first class mail to the last-known address of the party.
Both parties must include case number on all correspondence.
