Many of the major telecom companies have merged over the last 10 years in order to offer massive product and service portfolios. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the “diseases of affluence” such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health, helps prevent depression and helps to promote or maintain positive self-esteem. Senaman fizikal adalah sebarang aktiviti badan yang meningkatkan atau mengekalkan kecergasan fizikal dan kesihatan atau kesejahteraan keseluruhan. Senaman fizikal dilakukan untuk pelbagai sebab.
