6. Obligations of the Customer
a) The Customer shall pay all the Charges in accordance with Clause 5.
b) The Customer shall at all times comply with and accurately perform the instructions contained in the Operating Instructions.
c) The Customer agrees that XXX Company’s Undertaking shall be subject to the observance by the Customer of the Operating Instructions and in particular shall be subject to the Customer:
i) Being able legitimately to transmit data which is the subject of any message and,
ii) The Customer informing affected parties where any personal data is transmitted or changed.
d) The Customer agrees to allow XXX Company (without assumption of any liability by XXX Company) free access to non-XXX Company terminals and computer systems in order to install and maintain the XXX Company access software.
e) The Customer shall ensure at all times that its use of the Service is in accordance with all data protection and other laws in the country where the service is provided by XXX Company.
f) Except as otherwise authorized under this Agreement the Customer shall not resell or otherwise make available the Service to any third party. Any breach of this provision shall be a material breach of this Agreement.

c) Замовник погоджується з тим, що виконання Виконавцем своїх зобов'язань безпосередньо залежить від точного дотримання Замовником всіх інструкцій Виконавця, а також від того, що Замовник:
i) законно передає данні, що вміщуються в будь-якому Повідомленні, та
ii) інформує зацікавлені сторони, коли будь-які особисті дані передаються або змінюються.
d) Замовник дозволяє Виконавцю (без прийняття Виконавцем будь-якої відповідальності) вільний доступ до терміналів і комп'ютерних систем, що не є власністю Виконавця, для встановлення та супроводження програмного забезпечення, необхідного для підключення до Мережі.
e) Замовник повинен гарантувати, що у будь-який час отримання ним Послуг від Виконавця відповідає законам країни, в якій Виконавець надає свої Послуги. Зокрема - всім законам про захист даних.
f) Замовник не повинен перепродавати або у будь-який інший спосіб робити доступними будь-якій третій стороні Послуги, які надаються Виконавцем, якщо останнє не передбачено цією Угодою. Будь-яке порушення даного забов'язання буде розглядатись як істотне порушення всієї Угоди вцілому.

The RF circuit amplifies signals within the range of frequency coverage and filters out-of-band signals.
The signals from the antenna switching circuit are amplified at the RF amplifier (Q15) after passing through the tunable bandpass filter (D12, L21, C104, C105). The amplified signals are applied to the 1st mixer circuit (Q16) after out-ofband signals are suppressed at the 3 stages tunable bandpass filter (D13, L22, C111, C113, D14, L23, C116, C117, D15, L24, C120, C122).
Varactor diodes are employed at the bandpass filters that track the filters and are controlled by the CPU (IC7) via the D/A convertor (IC9) using T1–T4 signals. These diodes tune the center frequency of an RF passband for wide bandwidth receiving and good image response rejection.
The 1st mixer circuit converts the received signal into a fixed frequency of the 1st IF signal with a PLL output frequency. By changing the PLL frequency, only the desired frequency will pass through a crystal filter at the next stage of the 1st mixer.
The signals from the RF circuit are mixed at the 1st mixer (Q16) with a 1st LO signal (393.65–423.65 MHz) coming from the VCO circuit to produce a 46.35 MHz 1st IF signal. The 1st IF signal is applied to a crystal filter (FI1) to suppress out-of-band signals. The filtered 1st IF signal is applied to the IF amplifier (Q17), then applied to the 2nd mixer circuit (IC3, pin 16).

Параметрические диоды используются для перестройки полосы пропускания полосно-пропускающих фильтров и контролируются ЦПУ (IC7) через ЦАП (IC9) используя сигналы T1–T4. Эти диоды перестраивают полосу пропускания радиотракта таким образом, что обеспечивается прием в широком диапазоне частот с хорошей селективностью по зеркальному каналу.
Первый смеситель преобразует полученный сигнал в одночастотный, смешивая ПЧ1 с рабочей частотой ФАПЧ. При изменении рабочей частоты ФАПЧ только сигнал с заданной частотой пройдет через кварцевый фильтр в следующей цепи первого смесителя.
ПЧ1(46.35 МГц) образуется путем смешивания в первом смесителе (Q16) сигналов радиочастотного тракта с сигналом первого гетеродина (393.65–423.65 МГц), поступающим с ГУН. Сигнал ПЧ1 подается на кварцевый фильтр (FI1) для выделения сигнала нужной частоты. Отфильтрованный сигнал ПЧ1 подается на усилитель ПЧ (Q17) и затем на второй смеситель (IC3, контакт 16).
