Predmet žaloby za nezákonné rušenie obchodných stykov V početných prípadoch počas minulého roka odporkyňa bez oprávnenia a opodstatnenia vykonávala činnosti, ktoré zámerne a vedome bránili obchodným vzťahom spoločnosti žiadateľa a jeho zamestnancom tým, že im povedala, že spoločnosť bude čoskoro zatvorená a že zamestnanci stratia svoje zamestnanie. Odporkyňa tiež týmto zamestnancom povedala, že žiadateľ sa ju pokúšal zavraždiť. Odporkyňa týmto správaním konala zlomyseľne a preto má žiadateľ nárok na príkladné odškodné v rozsahu ohraničenia jurisdikcie tohto Súdu. 17. Poplatky na právneho zástupcu ,výdavky, náklady a úroky Bolo nevyhnutné, aby žiadateľ si zabezpečil služby pána Troy L. Voelkera, oprávneného právneho zástupcu v záujme prípravy a uskutočnenia tejto žaloby. Aby bol majetok zúčastnených nestranne rozdelený a súčasťou rozsudku by malo byť, aby poplatky na právneho zástupcu, náklady a výdavky spojené so súdom a odvolaním boli schválené na trovy odporkyne a v prospech žiadateľa pre použitie a prospech právneho zástupcu žiadateľa; alebo opačne, žiadateľ žiada aby opodstatnené poplatky na právneho zástupcu, náklady a výdavky spojené so súdom a odvolaním boli zdanené ako náklady a aby bolo nariadené ich zaplatenie priamo právnemu zástupcovi žiadateľa, ktorý môže toto nariadenie uplatniť priamo vo svojom mene. Source text - German IV. Kurzangaben über deutsche Steuervorschriften Einzelheiten zur Besteuerung der Erträge dieses Fonds werden in den jährlich erscheinenden Jahresberichten veröffentlicht. Die nachfolgenden allgemeinen steuerlichen Ausführungen gehen von der derzeit bekannten Rechtslage aus. Es kann jedoch keine Gewähr dafür übernommen werden, dass sich die steuerliche Beurteilung durch Gesetzgebung, Rechtsprechung oder Erlasse der Finanzverwaltung nicht ändert. Dies kann auch rückwirkend unter Beeinflussung der nachfolgend dargestellten Steuerfolgen geschehen. Allgemeine steuerliche Ausführungen können nicht alle steuerlichen Aspekte behandeln, die sich aus der individuellen Situation des Anteilinhabers ergeben können. Deshalb wird interessierten Anteilinhabern empfohlen, sich durch einen Steuerberater oder Rechtsanwalt über die steuerlichen Folgen des Fondsinvestments beraten zu lassen. Zinsen und zinsähnliche Erträge Zinsen und zinsähnliche Erträge sind beim Anteilinhaber grundsätzlich steuerpflichtig. Dies gilt unabhängig davon, ob diese Erträge thesauriert oder ausgeschüttet werden. Ausgeschüttete Erträge des Fonds unterliegen bei Depotverwahrung in Deutschland teilweise einer Zinsabschlagsteuer und dem Solidaritätszuschlag. Nasledujúce všeobecné daňové vysvetlivky vychádzajú z právneho stavu, známeho v súčasnosti. Nemôže byť prevzatá ale žiadna záruka, že sa zákonodarnou mocou, rozsudkom, alebo nariadeniami finančnej správy daňové posúdenie nezmení. Toto sa môže uskutočniť tiež so spätnou platnosťou, pričom to bude mať vplyv na daňové dôsledky, uvedené nasledovne. Daňové zákonodarstvo si vyžaduje diferencované ponímanie pre stanovenie výnosov podliehajúcich zdaneniu a výnosov podliehajúcich dani z kapitálových výnosov. Podiely v súkromnom vlastníctve (daňový tuzemec) Zisky z predaja cenných papierov z termínovaných obchodov Zisky z predaja cenných papierov a zisky z termínovaných obchodov, ktoré sú získané na úrovni fondu, sa u majiteľa podielov vždy evidujú ako nezdaniteľné (§ 2 odsek 3 č. 1 zákona o dani z investícií). Úroky a úrokom podobné výnosy Úroky a úrokom podobné výnosy sú u podielnikov principiálne zdaniteľné. Toto platí bez rozdielu na tom, či sa tieto výnosy opätovne investujú, alebo vyplácajú. Vyplácané výnosy fondu podliehajú pri úschove na majetkovom účte v Nemecku z časti zrážkovej dani z úrokov a príplatku zo solidarity. Pri tomto sa jedná v podstate o predplatok ku dani, ktorá sa môže u podielnika započítať do jeho konečného daňového dlhu z príjmu. Netýka sa ale celkového vyplácania, ktoré podlieha zdaneniu, ale len úrokových výnosov a úrokom podobným výnosov.

Translation - English Responsibilities: a) Upon request, to enable the certifying body of xxxx the revision and audit of any documentation, entrance to any areas, records (including reports of previous audits) and employees for the purposes of revision, monitoring, re-certification and execution of complaints b) To immediately notify the certifying body about any facts that may influence any further eligibility of the management system to fulfil the requirements of the standard which is used for the certification, for example changes in reference to the: - legal, commercial and organizational status or proprietorship - organization and management (for example key executive staff, technical staff, or decision making staff) - contact address and residencies - subjects of operation included into the certified management system - fundamental changes of the management and process system c) To state that the system is certified only for those operations, which were approved by the certification d) Not to utilize its certification in a way that creates a negative opinion about the certifying body and not to issue any declarations regarding the certification which the certifying body of xxx may consider as misleading and incompetent e) To suspend the utilization of any marketing materials mentioning any reference to the the certification after a suspension or cancellation of certification, and upon request, to return the certificate documentation to the certifying body; to modify marketing materials in case of a reduction of the the scope of certification f) To utilize the certification and its brand solely for the purpose of labelling that its management system is in conformity with the specified standards or any other regulatory documents and not to utilize the approved certification and its brand in a way by which it would ensue that the certifying body of xxx is the approving body of the product or service or the conformity of the product; not to utilize the certification brand in laboratory test reports, calibration report or inspection reports g) Secure that no certification document, brand or report, or a part of thereof, is utilized in a misleading way h) Publish certification related information only in accordance with the requirements of the xxx certifying body i) Provide the certifying body of xxx with the records of any complaints and ensuing correction activities in accordance with the requirements of the management system related regulations, as well as with any communications with external parties and operations in accordance with the management system requirement j) Settle each confirmed financial sum in the contract after each performed audit

Source text - Slovak ZMLUVA O POSKYTOVANÍ LABORATÓRNYCH SLUŽIEB Článok 7 – ZRUŠENIE ZMLUVY 7.1. Obidve zmluvné strany sú oprávnené jednostranne ukončiť túto zmluvu, v prípade ak tak urobia písomnou formou a z vážneho dôvodu, s 30 denným oznámením vopred a po splnení si svojich povinností k danému dátumu a zaplatia za škody, ktoré môže takéto ukončenie spôsobiť druhej strane. 7.2. Akékoľvek spory vyplývajúce z, alebo týkajúce sa tejto zmluvy, vrátane tých týkajúcich sa platnosti, výkladu, plnenia a zrušenia budú riešené priateľskou cestou a v prípade, že priateľská cesta nie je možná podá sa žaloba na príslušný súd SR. 7.3 Vyššia moc. Okrem platby peňazí, nebude žiadna zo zmluvných strán zodpovedná druhej za akékoľvek oneskorenie či zlyhanie v plnení vyplývajúce z okolností alebo príčin, ktoré nemožno ľudsky ovplyvniť; to sa týka vrátane a bez obmedzenia, ohňa či inej katastrofy, štrajku či sporu s pracovnou silou, vojny alebo iného násilia, zákona, poriadku či požiadaviek akejkoľvek vládnej inštitúcie či úradu. Translation - English CONTRACT OF PROVISION OF LABORATORY SERVICES Article 7 – WITHDRAVAL FROM THE CONTRACT 7.1. Both contractual parties have the right of unilateral termination of this contract under the condition, that this is done in a written form, as a result of a serious reason and with a 30 days notice in advance and upon the conclusion of their liabilities by the given date and upon the repayment of any damages, which may be incurred by such a termination to the other party. 7.2. Any disputes ensuing from, or in relation to this contract, including those in relation to the validity, interpretation, fulfilment and cancellation shall be resolved in a friendly manner and in the case when a friendly resolution is not possible, by filing a claim at the appropriate court in the Slovak Republic. 7.3 Force Majeure. Apart from settling payments, none of the contractual parties shall be liable to the other for any delay, or default in fulfilment ensuing from circumstances or causes that cannot be influenced by man; this includes, but is not limited to, fire, or other catastrophe, strike or a dispute with the labour power, war or other violence, act of law or order or requirements of any government institution or office. The duration of the fulfilment of contract shall be considered as extended by the term equal to the time that was lost as a result of the delay ensuing from the aforementioned causes. When cooperating with me, you can expect that I deliver a high-quality translation. I am working as a professional free-lance translator and interpreter since 2005. I have been working as a translator in the UK since 2006.

Having finished my university studies of German and English linguistics with a Masters degree in both languages as majors in Slovakia, I started to run a business, translating professionally translating, both in-house (Development company CASTA Invest and Laboratory Technology Firm Schlosser in 2005 and 2006), and then later on a freelance basis in the UK.

During my work in the field of construction and building, my tasks and responsibilities were to translate and proofread any incoming and outgoing business correspondence, negotiations, quotes, marketing and business material, operation manuals for plats/equipment in various projects and tenders.

Since 2006, I am also active as an interpreter between English- Slovak in the UK.
