و يصدر الكتاب باللغتين العربية والانجليزية ولغات عدة في نفس الو قت. وحصلت دار فايكنغ, وهي إحدى كبريات دور النشر في العالم, على حقوق نشر الكتاب باللغة الإنجليزية.

His majesty King Abdullah II will publish his memoir in May of next year in a book that focus on the efforts made to reach the peace in the Middle East, in the time in which the occasion to get to the conclusion of the conflict becomes narrower. It is moreover explained the necessity to effectively move to benefit of this occasion.
In said book the King narrates remarkable events in his life, in addition to his future vision about the kingdom and to the kind of cooperation in the main challenges the zone has to face.
The book will be published in Arabic, English and in many other languages at the same time. Viking Press which is one of the world's largest publishing houses held the rights to publish the English edition of the memoir.

تمهيــد
إن الغرض من الشروط الخاصة هو:-
أ. الهدف الإستراتيجي لجهاز الطرق الحديدية هو ضمان تنفيذ وتشغيل شبكة طـرق حديدية
متوائمة وموحدة لمنظومتي الإشارات والاتصالات والتغذية بالطاقة لخط (سرت – رأس اجدير) وخط (الهيشة – سبها) .
ب- تعتبر الشروط الخاصة الواردة بهذا الملحق جزءاً لايتجزاء من العقد .
ج- تحديد، بتفصيل أكثر، أحكام شروط هذا العقد الخاصة واللازمة لتنفيذ تصميم، وتصنيــع، وتركيب، واختبــار، وتسليــم، وتجــريب المعـدات الخاصة بمشروع الطرق الحديدية الليبية التي يغطيها العقد.
د- تحديد أدوار وعلاقة أية أطراف ثالثة أخرى، مثلا المهنــدس، وكالـة التفتيش،
والتفاعل مع العقود الأخرى، إلخ.
هـ- على المقاول تنفيذ العمل بما يضمن تكامل الخط المستهدف تنفيذه مع باقي الشبكة مستقبلاً .
و- على المقاول التقيد بما هو وارد بالتصاميم والمواصفات الفنية المعدة من قبل المصمم ( استشاري الجهاز ) والرجوع الى الطاقم الفني بالجهاز في حالة اقتراح القيام بأى تعديل في الخصوص للحصول على الموافقة .

Obiettivi delle condizioni speciali
a) L’obiettivo strategico dell’allestimento della linea ferroviaria è dato dall’impegno a realizzare e mettere in funzione la quest’ultima, in combinazione con i sistemi di segnalazione e intercomunicazione e quelli di fornitura di energia in riferimento alla tratta X e alla tratta Y
b) Le condizioni speciali riportate nel presente allegato sono considerate parte inscindibile del Contratto.
c) Determinare nella maniera più precisa possibile quanto previsto dalle disposizioni speciali di questo contratto necessarie per realizzare la progettazione, la fabbricazione, l’installazione, le prove, la consegna, il collaudo delle attrezzature relative al progetto della linea ferroviaria libica riportato nel presente Contratto.
d) Determinare le funzioni e le relazioni di terzi, quali l’ingegnere, l’ente di supervisione, l’interazione con altri contratti, eccetera…
e) L’imprenditore ha il dovere di svolgere i lavori garantendo l’integrazione della linea ferroviaria prevista dal presente Contratto con gli altri punti della rete ferroviaria.
f) L’imprenditore è vincolato a quanto riportato nella progettazione e nelle disposizioni tecniche allestite dal progettista (consulente per conto dell’ente) e deve rivolgersi all’equipe tecnica dell’ente in caso di proposte di modifiche, in merito all’ottenimento dell’autorizzazione.
