Nur Benutzer mit bestätigter E-Mail-Adresse können "aktive" Gruppenmitglieder werden. Andere können eine Einladung weder annehmen noch sich bewerben.
Ein Gruppenadministrator kann Benutzer, die bisher noch nicht in der Gruppe sind, zu der Gruppe als Gruppenmitglied einladen. Dazu muss er den Benutzernamen des Einzuladenden eingeben. Dem Eingeladenen wird die Einladung als Meldung angezeigt, solange der Status "Eingeladen" ist. Ein Benutzer wird Gruppenmitglied, indem er solch eine Einladung eines Administrators zu einer Gruppe akzeptiert. Eine Einladung kann jedoch auch abgelehnt werden.
Der Gruppenadministrator kann in einer Übersicht (dem sogenannten "Gruppenprofil") die Gruppenmitglieder verwalten, d.h. Name, Vorname (aber – aus Datenschutzgründen - nicht die E-Mail-Adresse), er kann den Rang betrachten (Mitglied, Administrator dieser Gruppe), den Status betrachten, Bewerber akzeptieren oder ablehnen und Mitglieder aus der Gruppe entfernen.
Sie können sich bei einer Gruppe bewerben. Dazu müssen Sie den Namen der Gruppe kennen. Bewerber erscheinen im Gruppenprofil und können vom Gruppenadministrator angenommen oder abgelehnt werden.
Die Verwaltung von Gruppen erfolgt in Registerkarten: Öffnen Sie den Dialog Benutzerprofil bearbeiten, und wählen Sie die Registerkarte Gruppen. Klicken Sie auf Bearbeiten im Feld der Gruppe, die Sie bearbeiten möchten. Der Dialog Gruppen bearbeiten - wird geöffnet.
Registerkarte Eigenschaften: Diese Registerkarte steht nur Portal-Administratoren zur Verfügung und wird auch nur bei diesen angezeigt. Sie dient dazu, einen Anzeigenamen für die Gruppe zu definieren oder zu bearbeiten.
Registerkarte Mitglieder: In dieser Registerkarte werden die Mitglieder der Gruppe verwaltet. Für jedes Mitglied werden die möglichen Aktionen, abhängig vom Status des Mitglieds, angezeigt. Wenn sich beispielsweise ein neuer Benutzer für eine bestimmte Gruppe beworben hat, kann der Gruppenadministrator ihn entweder akzeptieren oder ablehnen.
Registerkarten Obergruppen / Untergruppen: Auch Ober- und Untergruppen haben einen Status, der "Beworben", "Eingeladen" oder "Aktiv" sein kann. Der Status "Beworben" einer Untergruppe bedeutet beispielsweise, dass die Gruppe sich als Untergruppe beworben hat und der Administrator der Obergruppe sie akzeptieren muss, bevor sie "Aktiv" wird.
Registerkarten Schlagwörter / Filter: Jeder Benutzer kann seine eigenen Schlagwörter definieren. Ein Gruppenadministrator kann seine Schlagwörter in die Gruppe kopieren, damit sie für alle Mitglieder der Gruppe zur Verfügung stehen. In der Registerkarte Schlagwörter werden alle aktuellen Schlagwörter der Gruppe und die Liste aller Schlagwörter des aktuellen Benutzers angezeigt. Es ist möglich, ein Schlagwort aus der Gruppe zu löschen oder ein Schlagwort von der Benutzerliste in die Gruppe hinzufügen.
Im Dialog Benutzerprofil bearbeiten, Registerkarte Gruppen, können Sie sich bei einer Gruppe bewerben, indem Sie den Namen der Gruppe eingeben und auf [Übermitteln] klicken. Der Gruppenadministrator muss die Bewerbung annehmen, bevor Sie die Funktionalität der Gruppe nutzen können. Sie erhalten eine Nachricht, falls der Administrator Ihre Bewerbung ablehnt oder Sie später aus der Gruppe austrägt.

„Aktivními“ členy skupiny se mohou stát pouze uživatelé s potvrzenou e-mailovou adresou. Ostatní osoby nemohou přijmout pozvánku, ani se o členství ucházet.
Správce skupiny může k členství ve skupině přizvat uživatele, kteří doposud nejsou jejími členy. K tomuto účelu je třeba zadat uživatelské jméno osoby, kterou správce hodlá přizvat. Přizvané osobě se pozvánka zobrazuje v podobě hlášení tak dlouho, dokud je její stav nastaven na „Přizvaná osoba“. Členem skupiny se uživatel může stát přijetím pozvánky od správce k členství ve skupině. Pozvánku však lze též odmítnout.
Správce skupiny má možnost v přehledu (tak zvaném „profilu skupiny“) spravovat členy skupiny, tzn. spravovat jejich příjmení, jména (avšak z důvodu ochrany osobních dat nikoli e-mailovou adresu), sledovat jejich zařazení (člen, správce této skupiny) a stav, přijímat a odmítat žádosti o členství a odstraňovat členy ze skupiny.
Uživatelé se mohou ucházet o členství ve skupině. K tomuto účelu je však třeba znát název skupiny. Uchazeči se zobrazují v profilu skupiny a správce skupiny může jejich žádost přijmout nebo odmítnout.
Ke správě skupin slouží karty: otevřete dialog Zpracovat uživatelský profil a vyberte kartu Skupiny. V poli skupiny, kterou si přejete zpracovat, klepněte na tlačítko Zpracovat. Otevře se dialog Zpracovat skupiny - .
Karta Vlastnosti: tato karta je k dispozici pouze správcům portálu a rovněž pouze v jejich profilech se zobrazuje. Slouží k definici nebo zpracování zobrazovaného názvu skupiny.
Karta Členové: tato karta slouží ke správě členů skupiny. U každého člena se zobrazují dostupné akce, a to dle aktuálního stavu jeho členství. Jestliže například nový uživatel požádal o členství v určité skupině, může správce skupiny jeho žádost přijmout, nebo zamítnout.
Karty Nadřazené skupiny / Dílčí skupiny: rovněž nadřazené a dílčí skupiny disponují příznakem Stav, kterým může být „Uchazeč,“ „Přizvaná osoba“ nebo „Aktivní“. Například stav „Uchazeč“ u dílčí skupiny znamená, že tato skupina požádala o členství v jiné skupině jakožto dílčí skupina a že správce nadřazené skupiny musí žádost nejprve přijmout, nežli se tato dílčí skupina stane „aktivní.“
Karty Klíčová slova / Filtr: každý uživatel má možnost definovat svá vlastní klíčová slova. Správce skupiny pak může svá klíčová slova kopírovat do skupiny, takže tato klíčová slova budou k dispozici všem členům skupiny. Na kartě Klíčová slova se zobrazují všechna aktuální klíčová slova skupiny a seznam všech klíčových slov aktuálního uživatele. Klíčová slova lze ze skupiny vymazat nebo je přidávat ze seznamů definovaných uživateli do skupiny.
V dialogu Zpracovat uživatelský profil na kartě Skupiny můžete požádat o členství ve skupině, a to zadáním názvu skupiny a následným klepnutím na tlačítko [Předat]. Nežli budete moci využívat funkce skupiny, musí správce této skupiny vaši žádost přijmout. Jestliže správce skupiny vaši žádost zamítne nebo vás později ze skupiny odstraní, obdržíte zprávu.
V dialogu Zpracovat uživatelský profil je karta Vytvořit skupinu k dispozici pouze uživatelům se stupněm oprávnění 3 (Premium), zobrazovaný název skupiny je k dispozici pouze správcům. Při předání se kontroluje, zda název skupiny není již používán. The European Technology Platform (ETP) Food for Life was created under the auspices of the Confederation of the Food and Drink Industries of the EU (CIAA) in 2005 to strengthen the European-wide innovation process, improve knowledge transfer and stimulate European competitiveness across the food chain. The vision of the ETP, published in July 2005, aims at an effective integration of strategically-focussed, trans-national, concerted research in the nutritional-, food- and consumer sciences and food chain management so as to deliver innovative, novel and improved food products for, and to, national, regional and global markets in line with consumer needs and expectations.
These products, together with recommended changes in dietary regimes and lifestyles, will have a positive impact on public health and overall quality of life (‘adding life to years’). Targeted activities will support a successful and competitive pan-European agro-food industry having global business leadership securely based on economic growth, technology transfer, sustainable food production and consumer confidence. The ETP unites a wide variety of stakeholders around this common vision including agriculture, food processing, supply and ingredient industry, retail, catering, consumers and academia. The direct connection with consumer needs makes it unusual amongst all other ETPs, and offers a unique opportunity to integrate the natural sciences and humanities.
This document represents the Strategic Research Agenda (SRA) of the ETP Food for Life for the coming fifteen years. The SRA has been developed by six different Working Groups focussing on the scientific and technological requirements in Food and Health, Food Quality and Manufacturing, Food and Consumer, Food Safety, Sustainable Food Production and Food Chain Management. A further Working Group has developed an outline for needs in Communication, Training and Technology Transfer, whilst the Horizontal Activities Working Group has focussed on optimising internal and external contacts and co-operations amongst other responsibilities. The outputs from these Working Groups have been combined to focus on key challenges that will need to be addressed if the agro-food industry is to be in a better position to respond to consumer’s likely demands and concerns, now and in the future. A Board consisting of high-level representatives from the stakeholders has overseen this work. The Board, like the ETP itself, is industry-led but has a composition reflecting the diversity of food chain stakeholders.
The SRA has been subjected to national, regional and web consultations to set priorities and align these with national activities. The SRA will form the basis for the development of an Implementation Plan. In the course of developing this SRA, good links have been established with other ETPs, especially those addressing agriculture and biotechnology. These links will ensure that the knowledge-based bio-economies of the EU Framework Programme 7 can combine to address effectively the serious challenge of global competition that Europe currently faces. | Translation - Czech
Evropská technologická platforma (ETP) Potraviny pro život byla vytvořena pod záštitou Konfederace potravinářského průmyslu (CIAA) EU v roce 2005 s cílem posílit celoevropský inovační proces, zkvalitnit předávání znalostí a stimulovat konkurenceschopnost EU v oblasti celého potravinového řetězce. Vize ETP, tak jak byla zveřejněna v červenci roku 2005, se zaměřuje na efektivní integraci strategického mezinárodního výzkumu v oblasti výživy, potravin, spotřebitelských otázek a řízení potravinového řetězce s cílem uvést na národní, regionální i celosvětové trhy nové, inovativní a zdokonalené potravinářské výrobky, které budou splňovat očekávání a potřeby spotřebitelů.
Tyto výrobky, společně s doporučenými změnami ve výživě a životním stylu, budou mít pozitivní dopad na zdraví a kvalitu života obyvatel (tzv. „přídavek života do věku,“ neboli prodloužení aktivního života). Jsou plánovány cílené činnosti, jejichž úkolem je podporovat úspěch a konkurenceschopnost celoevropského zemědělského a potravinářského průmyslu, který Evropě poskytne celosvětové vůdčí postavení v tomto odvětví založené na hospodářském růstu, předávání technologií, udržitelné výrobě potravin a důvěře spotřebitelů. Projekt ETP okolo své vize sdružuje širokou škálu klíčových účastníků z řad zástupců zemědělství, potravinářského průmyslu, zásobovacího průmyslu, dodavatelů polotovarů, drobných prodejců, pohostinství, spotřebitelů a akademické obce. Přímé propojení s potřebami spotřebitele tento projekt činí mezi ostatními projekty ETP výjimečným a nabízí jedinečnou příležitost integrace přírodních a humanitních věd.
Tento dokument představuje základ strategického výzkumného programu (SRA) a ETP Potraviny pro život po následujících patnáct let. Na vývoji programu SRA se podílí šest různých pracovních skupin, které se zaměřují na vědecké a technologické požadavky v oblasti zdravotních hledisek potravin, jejich kvality a výroby, potravin a spotřebitelů, bezpečnosti potravin, udržitelné výroby potravin a řízení potravinového řetězce. Další pracovní skupina sestavila osnovu potřeb na poli komunikace, školení a předávání technologií. A konečně poslední pracovní skupina se zaměřila na horizontální činnosti, tedy na optimalizaci interních a externích kontaktů a spolupráce se stranami, do jejichž působnosti spadají jiné povinnosti. Výsledky činnosti těchto pracovních skupin byly posléze sloučeny s cílem zaměřit se na klíčové oblasti a výzvy, kterým je třeba v rámci zemědělství a potravinářského průmyslu čelit, pakliže tyto oblasti mají získat silnější výchozí pozici při reakci na současné i budoucí požadavky a zájmy zákazníků. Dohled nad tímto procesem převzala rada složená ze zástupců klíčových účastníků procesů v uvedených odvětvích. Činnost rady, stejně jako samotné platformy ETP, je tedy motivována přímo samotnými odvětvími, avšak její složení vhodně odráží rozmanitost klíčových účastníků těchto odvětví.
Otázky SRA byly konzultovány na národní a regionální úrovni, jakož i prostřednictvím sítě Internet, s cílem stanovit priority a tyto posléze sladit s činnostmi vykonávanými na úrovni jednotlivých států. Program SRA bude tvořit základ k rozvoji realizačního plánu. Při vývoji programu SRA byly vytvořeny dobré kontakty s ostatními programy ETP, a to zejména s těmi, které se zabývají zemědělstvím a biotechnologiemi. Tyto kontakty jsou zárukou budoucího propojení znalostních a biologických ekonomik v rámci 7. Rámcového programu EU; díky tomuto propojení se Evropa bude moci účinně zabývat závažnou problematikou celosvětové konkurence, které je v současné době nucena čelit. |
