Having majored in Japanese studies (M.A.), I have always wanted to work in Japan in order to benefit from my language ability. I first went to Tokyo for a 1-year student exchange, and after graduating, I traveled back to this country for a real work experience. I have worked for 6 years, first as a French teacher, then as a business coordinator for a video game company, and now as both technical (employed) and video game translator (freelance). No need to mention I love video games, which I have been soaked into since 1982.
