Source text - English Immigration Law Compliance
In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, each new employee, as a condition of employment, must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and acceptable documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility.
Former employees who are rehired must also complete the form if they have not completed an I-9 within the past three years, or if their previous I-9 is no longer retained or valid.
Employees with questions or seeking more information on immigration law issues are encouraged to contact the Human Resources Manager at (315) 797-2161, ext. 407. Employees may raise questions or complaints about immigration law compliance without fear of reprisal.

Source text - Ukrainian Незважаючи на низку рішень, прийнятих Верховною Радою України, Президентом України та Кабінетом Міністрів України для виправлення становища, що склалося, переважна більшість судів розміщується в приміщеннях, у яких через брак площі нема можливості створити належні умови для здійснення правосуддя. У судах немає достатньої кількості залів судових засідань, нарадчих кімнат, приміщень для конвою та підсудних, судових розпорядників, кімнат для прокурорів та адвокатів, свідків тощо, тобто відсутні передбачені процесуальним законодавством приміщення, без чого неможливо належним чином розглядати справи. Тому з об’єктивних причин у багатьох випадках розгляд справ відкладається, що призводить до тяганини та порушення прав і законних інтересів громадян. Суд покликаний здійснювати правосуддя сам змушений порушувати закон.
Translation - English In spite of the succession of decrees adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministry of Ukraine to improve the existing situation, the overwhelming majority of courts occupy the buildings where due to lack of space there is no possibility to create the appropriate conditions for the effectuation of justice. The court lacks for the sufficient number of the courtrooms, retiring rooms, escort team rooms and holding cells, law enforcement waiting rooms, office rooms for public prosecutors and chambers for advocates, witness waiting rooms and etc., i. e. the court premises required by the procedural legislation are missing and therefore the cases cannot be properly examined. Thus, the legal investigations are to be postponed in most cases because of the objective reasons, and consequently this causes the dragging and the violation of law and legitimate interests of the citizens. The court intended to provide the justice, is forced to violate the law.
