Johnson in the High Court, Dublin, Ireland on the 4th of July 1994 and proceedings have been
properly served. Your clients are now out of time in which to lodge an Appearance to the claim
and we shall therefore be proceeding with an application for Judgment in default of Appearance
against your clients if there is no Appearance filed to this particular claim. We shall deal with all
of the queries raised in your letter in due course provided that you instruct a firm of Solicitors to
