1. Licensee agrees that its use of the Trademarks in connection with the Products and all associated goodwill generated thereby, insures to the sole benefit of Licensor and that Licensee shall at no time acquire any rights in the Trademarks by virtue of any use it may make thereof.
Licensee acknowledges that the only right granted under this Agreement is the right to manufacture, develop, market, package, label, distribute, offer for sale and sell the Products bearing the Trademarks in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For any product sold or manufactured by or on behalf of Licensee other than the Products， Licensee agrees that, in consideration for entering into this license, it will promptly assign to Licensor any trademarks which it owns or hereinafter acquires or develops which may be used with the Products.
Licensee agrees to execute or cause to be executed, at Licensee's sole cost and expense, any documents necessary to accomplish the foregoing.

Select the file type from MP4, F4V, and 3GP.
MP4 files can be played on the PC.
F4V files can be used in Adobe Flash.
3GP files can be played on mobile phones.
You can adjust the average bit rate, maximum bit rate, and audio bit rate for each file format.
The default setting is the standard recommended setting.
CUDA encoding is only available for those who use a CUDA compatible graphics card with a NVIDIA board. By using CUDA encoding, you can decrease output time by 1/3 - 1/10.
But changing the preset setting to Customize, you can select the h.264 profile and bit rate.
To use CUDA encoding for iPod, PSP output, click the check box for CUDA encoding.
This will output an audio file. You can use this to output audio from a video, or change the format of an audio file. Choose the file type, and audio bit rate in the dialog window, and click "OK" to output. To choose an output file, please refer to the section on Option Settings in the Home menu.
