Mitgliederversammlung
Die Mitgliederversammlung ist das oberste Organ der XYZ. Ihr obliegt die Wahl der Mitglieder des Vorstandes (Amtsdauer zwei Jahre) und der RevisorInnen (Amtsdauer ein Jahr). Die Mitglieder genehmigen an der alljährlichen Versammlung Jahresbericht und Jahresrechnung.
Die Präsidentin wurde an der Mitgliederversammlung im Oktober 2005 wiedergewählt. Die übrigen Vorstandsmitglieder stehen an der Versammlung 2006 wieder zur Wahl.
Vorstand
Der Vorstand ist das leitende Organ der XYZ. Er ist für die allgemeine Geschäftsführung und die strategische Ausrichtung verantwortlich. Er genehmigt das jährliche Budget.
Geschäftsstelle
Die Geschäftsstelle handelt als geschäftsführendes Organ der XYZ. Sie steht in regelmässigem Kontakt mit dem Vorstand und den Vereinsmitgliedern. Auf der Website www.xyz kann sowohl das Organigramm des Vereins als auch das Organigramm der Geschäftsstelle eingesehen werden.
