I have a Ph.D. in Food Engineering (Lunds Tekniska Högskola - Lund University, Sweden), a M.Sc. in Food Science and Biotechnology (Lund University, Sweden), and a M.Sc. in Network and Information Technology Systems and Security (Alcalá University, Spain).

On top of that, I have a large international experience in translating and publishing different sort of technical and educational documents (e.g., articles, papers, reports, conference proceedings, books, etc.) under international publishing rules. Besides having some experience with CAT software (Trados, Wordfast, and other), and many text editing tools (Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, MS Office, and others), I have a lot of experience in teaching.
