Claves del Servicio:  Mantenimiento y renovación de los sistemas de información de sus áreas de Administración y Siniestros.  Dicha actuación estará basada en los acuerdos de máximo rigor de calidad y de cumplimiento de plazos que han sido establecidos entre ambas entidades (Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio, ANS).  El contrato tiene un plazo de duración de tres años y contempla, además del mantenimiento de los sistemas de las áreas comentadas, la renovación de las aplicaciones del área de Siniestros.  En el marco de este acuerdo de servicios se contempla también la renovación de los sistemas de información de**, entidad del * especializada en la gestión de Seguros Agrarios.  Con esta iniciativa,**** pone en marcha un modelo flexible que permitirá adecuar el mantenimiento y desarrollo de aplicaciones a los cambios tecnológicos y organizativos previstos. El objetivo de la entidad es conseguir una mayor flexibilidad tecnológica y optimizar sus recursos, con el fin de orientar su capital humano a tareas de mayor valor añadido. It supports Spanish industry with the scope of promoting exportations and its foreign implementation.  Curative maintenance.  Developmental Maintenance, it covers all tasks of the life cycle of Applications development.  Technical support both to Exploitation and to Customer.  The applications subject of this maintenance come within the Statistical Applications, the Maintenance and the Business opportunities corresponding to *** areas and Institute’s Internal Management. * is the entity of the * specialized in Home Insurance, Community, Trades, Injuries and Death branches. It also covers all insurance branches in the Canary Islands. Service details:  Information systems maintenance and renewal in Administration & Claims areas.  This action will be performed according to the high quality standards and compliance with the time limits established in the agreements be-tween both entities (Service Level Agreements SLA).  The contract has a duration of three years and states, in addition to the systems maintenance of the annotated areas, the renewal of Claims ar-eas applications.  This services agreement also concerns Agropecuaria – *’s entity specialized in Agricultural Insurance man-agement - Information system renewal.  With this initiative, ***** carries out a flexible model which will allow to adjust applications maintenance and develop-ment to the envisaged technological and organizational changes. The entity’s goal is to reach a greater technological flexibility and en-hance its resources, with the aim of directing its human capital to value added tasks.
