B. The goods produced by Company, which are of a high quality standard and of the
highest technical and innovative standards due to intensive research and specialized
expertise available within Company, are highly eligible for the promotion of the
personal and professional well-being of athletes.
C. The ATHLETE is known as a professional at the [INSERT SPORT]
discipline. The ATHLETE’s name by virtue of the ATHLETE’s ability and
extensive experience, has acquired a secondary meaning in the mind of the
purchasing public which is important to the advertisement, promotion and sale of
sports shoes, sportswear and sporting goods.
D. Company wishes to obtain from the ATHLETE, and the ATHLETE wishes to
exclusively provide to Company, the endorsement and other services of the
ATHLETE’s expertise and advice in connection with the research, development,
production, testing, marketing and promotion of the ENDORSED GOODS (as

pienamente idonei a favorire il benessere personale e professionale degli atleti.
C. Atleta è noto come professionista nella disciplina di [INSERIRE SPORT]. Il nome di
ATLETA, in virtù della Sua abilità e della Sua vasta esperienza, ha acquisito il
carattere distintivo di un marchio nella mente del pubblico degli acquirenti, fattore
importante per la promozione pubblicitaria e la vendita di scarpe, abbigliamento e
attrezzature sportive.
D. Società desidera ottenere da ATLETA, e ATLETA desidera fornire in esclusiva a

The electronic coin validator G-13.mft (multi-frequency technology) in standardized 3 1/2" format is based on the tried and tested features of the G-13.6000/G-13.7000. Due to its modular and compact design, the G-13.mft is ideally suited for amusement, vending and service machines.
The multi frequency technology is new in the G-13.mft validator.
It provides more flexibility for the measuring sensors.
Multiple scanning of the coins inserted guarantees optimum material recognition and evaluation of 24 measuring parameters for reliable acceptance of genuine coins and rejection of false coins.
The G-13.mft is able to accept and data-manage up to 32 different coin types, which can be divided into 2 x 16 coin groups, and thus activated as two independent configurations (e.g. two currencies with up to 16 coin types each).
