2. Права и обязанности сторон
ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ отвечает перед БАНКОМ за выполнение ЗАЕМЩИКОМ условий Кредитного договора в том же объеме, как и ЗАЕМЩИК, включая погашение основного долга, уплату процентов за пользование кредитом (внесение платы за резервирование ресурсов) и неустойки.
ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ обязан не позднее следующего календарного дня после получения письменного уведомления от БАНКА о просрочке ЗАЕМЩИКОМ платежей по Кредитному договору уплатить БАНКУ просроченную ЗАЕМЩИКОМ сумму с учетом неустоек на дату фактической оплаты задолженности по Кредитному договору.
ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ согласен на право БАНКА потребовать как от ЗАЕМЩИКА, так и от ПОРУЧИТЕЛЯ досрочного возврата всей суммы кредита, процентов за пользование кредитом, неустоек и других платежей по Кредитному договору в случаях, предусмотренных Кредитным договором.
ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ обязан в трехдневный срок уведомить БАНК об изменении паспортных данных, адреса регистрации (прописки), фактического места жительства, работы, фамилии или имени и возникновении обстоятельств, способных повлиять на выполнение ПОРУЧИТЕЛЕМ обязательств по настоящему Договору.
После выполнения своих обязательств, предусмотренных настоящим Договором, ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ приобретает право требования к ЗАЕМЩИКУ в размере уплаченной БАНКУ суммы. БАНК обязуется при обращении ПОРУЧИТЕЛЯ вручить ему документы или их копии, удостоверяющие требование БАНКА к ЗАЕМЩИКУ, и передать права, обеспечивающие это требование.
ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ не вправе без согласия БАНКА односторонне отказаться от принятых на себя обязательств по настоящему Договору или изменить его условия.
Любая договоренность между ПОРУЧИТЕЛЕМ и ЗАЕМЩИКОМ в отношении настоящего Договора не затрагивает обязательств ПОРУЧИТЕЛЯ перед БАНКОМ по настоящему Договору.
ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ не вправе выдвигать против требований БАНКА какие-либо возражения, которые мог бы представить ЗАЕМЩИК.
ПОРУЧИТЕЛЬ принимает на себя обязательство отвечать за исполнение обязательств, предусмотренных Кредитным договором, за ЗАЕМЩИКА, а также за любого иного должника в случае перевода долга на другое лицо.
Датой оплаты ПОРУЧИТЕЛЕМ задолженности по настоящему Договору считается дата зачисления на корреспондентский счет БАНКА денежных средств, перечисленных ПОРУЧИТЕЛЕМ в счет погашения задолженности ЗАЕМЩИКА по Кредитному договору, или дата списания средств со счета ПОРУЧИТЕЛЯ, открытого в БАНКЕ. | Translation - English
2. Party Rights and Responsibilities
The Guarantor shall be liable to the Bank for the fulfillment of the conditions of the Credit Agreement by the Lendee in the same capacity as the Lendee, including the principal payment, the interest payment for using credit (payment of fees for resource reservation), and the penalties.
The Guarantor, according to the Credit Agreement, shall pay the Bank the Lendee’s past due balance no later than the next calendar day after receiving written notification from the Bank regarding the Lendee’s delinquency, factoring in penalties from the actual debt payment date according to the Credit Agreement.
The Guarantor agrees to the right of the Bank to require that both the Lendee and the Guarantor pay back ahead of schedule the entire credit balance, the percentage for using the credit, penalties, as well as other payments according to the Credit Agreement to the extent provided herein by the Credit Agreement.
The Guarantor shall inform the Bank within 3 days regarding changes in passport information, address registration (official residential registration), actual place of residence, work, family, name, and any arising circumstances that are likely to influence the fulfillment of the terms and conditions under this Agreement by the Guarantor.
After the fulfillment of his own obligations provided herein by this Agreement, the Guarantor shall have the right to demand from the Lendee the sum equal to the amount paid to the Bank. Upon the appeal of the Guarantor, the Bank shall present to him the documents or their counterparts, verifying the Bank’s requirement to the Lendee and transferring the rights guaranteeing this requirement.
The Guarantor shall not have the right without the consent of the Bank to unilaterally cease and desist from the obligations of this Agreement entered into, or change any of its terms and conditions.
Any agreement by and between the Guarantor and the Lendee associated with this Agreement shall not affect the obligations of the Guarantor to the Bank under this Agreement.
The Guarantor shall not have the right to raise any objections to any of the Bank’s requirements that the Lendee might present.
The Guarantor shall assume the obligation to be held responsible for the fulfillment of the liabilities provided herein by the Credit Agreement, for the Lendee, as well as for any other debtor in the event that the debt is transferred to another entity.
The date of deposit into the Bank’s corresponding monetary fund account shall be considered as the payment date by the Guarantor for the debts under this Agreement, or the drawdown date from the Guarantor’s account opened at the Bank, and shall be transferred by the Guarantor to the Lendee’s loan repayment account under this Agreement. | Russian to English: Introduction from a Toxicology Research Article

ДЕТОКСИКАЦИОННЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ ФИЗИКО-ХИМИЧЕСКОЙ ГЕМОТЕРАПИИ ПРИ ОСТРЫХ ЭКЗОГЕННЫХ ОТРАВЛЕНИЯХ

Освобождение организма от экзо- и эндогенных токсичных веществ достигается за счет кооперативной функции трех основных детоксикационных систем: микросомального окисления печени, иммунной и выделительной (желудочно-кишечный тракт, почки, легкие и другие органы) [12]. При острых отравлениях химической этиологии функционирование указанных систем нарушено вследствие их перегрузки большим количеством яда, что требует специальных мер по поддержанию детоксикационных процессов на достаточно высоком уровне. В наиболее тяжелых случаях это достигается с помощью экстракорпоральных сорбционно-диализных методов искусственной детоксикации, детоксикационное действие которых складывается из специфического эффекта, непосредственно связанного с выведением яда из организма, а также включает пато- и неспецифические эффекты, направленные на патогенетические механизмы отравлений (удаление из крови средних молекул (СМ), нормализация гематологических индексов интоксикации) и на измененные гомеостатические параметры.
За последние годы воздействие на кровь физическими факторами (ультрафиолетовым и лазерным облучением, магнитными полями) и ее непрямое электрохимическое окисление гипохлоритом натрия (ГХН) позволило повысить эффективность лечения различных заболеваний, в том числе и острых отравлений; при этом прежде всего отмечают положительные изменения различных показателей гомеостаза [4, 5, 9, 11, 16, 18, 26, 31].
С помощью физико-химической гемотерапии (ФХГТ) становится возможным существенно улучшить клинические результаты детоксикации организма (летальность, частота осложнений и др.) [17, 19], при этом на фоне физиогемотерапии (ФГТ) достигается ускоренное выведение из организма некоторых ядов [21]. Отмечено снижение уровня в крови СМ и барбитуратов при непосредственном воздействии ГХН [17, 22]. DETOXIFICATION EFFECTS OF PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL HEMOTHERAPY IN ACUTE EXOGENIC POISONING

Freeing the body of exo- and endogenic toxic materials is achieved through the cooperative functions of three basic detoxification systems: microsomal oxidation of the liver, immune, and excretory systems (the gastro-intestinal tract, kidneys, lungs, and other organs) [12]. In acute poisoning from a chemical etiology, the functioning of the indicated systems is impaired as a result of being overloaded by a large amount of poison, and requires special measures to support the detoxification process at a high-enough level. In the most severe cases, this is achieved with the help of extra-corporeal, synthetic detoxification sorption-dialysis methods; the detoxification effects of which are put together for a specific effect and are directly associated with eliminating poison from the body, but also include patho- and non-specific effects that are focused on the pathogenetic mechanisms of poison (removing standard molecules from the blood and stabilizing hematological intoxication indicators), and on the homeostasis parameters that have been altered.
In recent years, the effect of using physical factors (ultraviolet and laser irradiation, and magnetic fields) and indirect electro-chemical oxidation using sodium hypochlorite (NaCIO) on the blood allowed for heightened effectiveness when treating various illnesses, including acute poisoning. Consequently, positive changes in distinct homeostasis indicators are noted before anything else [4, 5, 9, 11, 16, 18, 26, 31].
With the help of physical-chemical hemotherapy, it becomes possible to significantly improve clinical results when detoxifying the body (the mortality rate, the frequency of complications, etc.) [17, 19], and accelerating the withdrawal of certain poisons from the body is also attainable when using physio-hemotherapy alongside it [21]. Reduced levels of standard molecules and barbiturates in the blood are noted under the indirect effects of NaCIO [17, 22]. However, the additional possibilities of combined physical-chemical detoxification have not been discussed in detail until now. |
