Even though I am a sworn in translator-interpreter with French and Russian, my professional experience is much larger than the legal field and includes works on a broad variety of topics, such as, sailing, speech-therapy, nuclear power, freestyle skiing, cosmetics, cars, certification, metrology, and so on... During my scholarship in France, I was trained to do term research in order to prepare glossaries. To find the right term is essential for the quality of the final text in technical translation. This challenge is what I like the most in my work. I like to know that my translation is written in a fluid, well articulated Russian or French (Eng-R; R-F; F-R; Eng-F) with appropriate choice of terms, and is equivalent to the original.

I meet deadlines while ensuring neatness of produced work. I have fast touch typing skills.

Vous avez besoin d'une traduction russe-français/français-russe? Vous avez plusieurs raisons de vous adresser à moi. По образованию я - технический переводчик, закончила Парижскую Высшую Школу Устных и Письменных Переводчиков, отделение письменного перевода. Я - россиянка. Жила и училась в США, Германии, Франции.

В своей работе больше всего ценю трудность нового текста: разобраться с терминами, подготовить тематический глоссарий, перевести так, чтобы мой перевод соответствовал оригиналу и по сути, и по стилю, и по оформлению. Сделать работу быстро и качественно - мой девиз.
