المشورة الشعبية
(1) تخضع اتفاقية السلام (برتكول حسم النزاع في ولايتي جنوب كردفان و جبال النوبة و النيل الأزرق) للإرادة الشعبية في الولاية عن طريق النواب المنتخبين بصورة ديمقراطية في المجلس التشريعي.
(2) ينشيء المجلس التشريعي للولاية لجنة تقريرها للمجلس التشريعي عند حلول السنة الرابعة من تاريخ التوقيع على اتفاقية السلام الشامل.
(3) تستخدم حكومة الولاية تقرير اللجنة البرلمانية للتقويم و القياس و كذلك تقرير اللجنة المستقلة لتقويم تنفيذ اتفاقية السلام الشامل في الولاية التي تنشئوها الرئاسة لتصحيح أي إجراء يحتاج إلى تصحيح لضمان التنفيذ المخلص للإتفاقية.

Popular Consultation
(1) The peace treaty (Protocol for Resolving the Dispute in the two states of Southern Kordofan/Nuba Mountain and Blue Nile), is subject to the popular will in the state through the democratically-elected representatives in the legislative assembly.
(2) The state’s legislative assembly shall establish a parliamentary commission for the assessment measurement, and implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Treaty (CPT) in the state. The commission shall present its report to the legislative assembly at the beginning of the fourth year from the signing date of the CPT.
(3) The state government shall use the parliamentary commission’s report for assessment and measurement, as well as the report of the independent commission to assess the implementation of the CPT which the presidency shall establish for the correction of any measure that needs correction in order to ensure the treaty’s sincere implementation.
