Si el IDAAN considera que los equipos o el método de Detección que propone utilizar el CONTRATISTA no es adecuado o presenta riesgos para la comunidad, la salud, o genera costos muy elevados informará sobre la no autorización del mismo y el CONTRATISTA suspenderá el uso de dichos equipos o métodos para reemplazarlos por otros que no sean rechazados por el IDAAN.
Cuando se utilicen Correlacionadores Acústicos, se tomará en cuenta la frecuencia de operación de los mismos. El IDAAN utiliza actualmente la frecuencia de 469.0 MHz en la banda UHF. En caso de presentarse reclamos por interferencias en las comunicaciones de terceras personas, incluyendo las del propio IDAAN, el CONTRATISTA corregirá dichas interferencias a su costo. | Translation - English
Detection Equipment:
The CONTRACTER may use the detection equipment that is normally used for this purpose, on IDAAN's prior approval.
