I have more than 15 years of experience in providing internal audit and corporate governance services. In the course of my various audit assignments I developed expertise in the different business processes of manufacturing, commerce, logistic, and after sales service companies. Thereby I contributed decisively in improving business processes and internal control systems. My assignments took me to locations in Europe, Asia, America, and Australia.

I was Audit Manager at an American manufacturing company before I took over assignments of building up and managing audit functions in middle size European companies. In 2010 I became an independent consultant in the area of internal auditing and corporate governance services.

- Performing financial, operational and process audits in EMEA, America, and APAC
- Performing special reviews (e.g. due diligence, process improvement projects, contract reviews)
- Performing fraud examinations

Also did I work as a freelance author of 8-pages-scripts at ISI Marketing GmbH, Bochum, and led some classes regarding accounting, bookkeeping, and financial accounting at the Volkshochschule Datteln.
