1) The XYZ Code of Conduct & Business Ethics (XYZ 001) prohibits employees from engaging in any corrupt transaction (described further in Section X below). In addition, many countries maintain laws prohibiting corrupt transactions. This Policy establishes guidelines for complying with the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics anti-corruption requirements and the anti-corruption laws applicable to XYZ.
2) To assist XYZ in detecting and preventing any corrupt transaction, Employees should look for and report any “red flags” signaling the possibility of a corrupt transaction. Examples of “red flags” include the following:
• The other party refuses to certify that he or she will abide by any global anti-corruption law (such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or U.K. Bribery Act).
• The other party has family or business ties to a foreign official.

1) KUALA LUMPUR: The government does not view Malaysians who have migrated abroad as unpatriotic, but an asset which it wants to cooperate with and “hopefully entice to return”, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said.
2) He pointed out that Malaysians abroad could play a pivotal role in the nation’s transformation.
3) “It must be reiterated here that people who migrate are not unpatriotic and the government does not view them as such.
4) Muhyiddin also said that the country would still require expertise and talent from abroad in high technology industries as well as in the fields of IT, medicine and strategic management in this interim period.
5) On another note, the Deputy Prime Minister said the government would ensure that education policies were looked into in totality – from the pre-school level to post-graduate and working life – to ensure continuity and seamlessness.
6) He also said Malaysia’s strategic regional position “forms a melting pot of confluence that allows cross fertilisation of ideas, cultures and civilisations dialogues.”

Mereka perlu "dipikat dengan harapan untuk kembali ke Malaysia", Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin Timbalan Perdana Menteri berkata.
2) Beliau menegaskan bahawa rakyat Malaysia di luar negara boleh memainkan peranan penting dalam proses transformasi negara.
3) "Harus saya ulangi di sini bahawa orang-orang yang berhijrah ke luar negara bukannya tidak patriotik dan kerajaan tidak melihat mereka sedemikian.
4) Muhyiddin juga berkata bahawa negara ini masih memerlukan kepakaran dan bakat dari luar negara dalam industri berteknologi tinggi serta dalam bidang IT, perubatan dan pengurusan strategik dalam tempoh jangka pendek ini.
5) Dalam perkembangan lain, Timbalan Perdana Menteri berkata bahawa kerajaan akan memastikan bahawa dasar-dasar pendidikan dikaji secara menyeluruh - dari peringkat pra-sekolah sehingga pasca-siswazah dan alam pekerjaan - bagi memastikan wujudnya kesinambungan dan kesempurnaan yang berterusan.
