About me
Freelance English > French Translator based in Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada), Associate member of the STIBC - Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia, my specializations include marketing and legal translations, translations in the service and tourism industry (hotels and restaurants mostly), as well as in the arts such as architecture and photography.

I was born and raised in Southern France, but also lived for about a year in Scotland, and I have been a Vancouverite (Vancouver, Canada), since June 2009.
The diverse nature of these environments has led to my developing a keen understanding of society in general, and more specifically, of French, Scottish, Canadian and American cultures – an understanding which is a great asset to the professional field of translation.

I am fluent in French (my mother tongue) and English. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in General Law, with a minor in English Literature from the Law University of Aix-en-Provence in France. I also achieved a Translation Certificate in the French/English pair from the Université de Saint-Boniface located in Winnipeg Manitoba.

I am meticulous in my craft, driven by completing projects within deadlines, and exceling in high pressure environments. I'm committed to providing excellence in translation for all of my clients.

Please do not hesitate to contact me as I would love to hear from you.
