Aanpassing premiepercentage: In afwijking van het vermelde in artikel 6 lid 3 van de polisvoorwaarden wordt het premiepercentage gedurende de eerste contractsperiode volgend op de ingangsdatum van de verzekering niet jaarlijks door de maatschappij opnieuw vastgesteld op basis van de samenstelling van het personeelsbestand.
Het premiepercentage voor 2009 t/m 2011 is vastgesteld op xxx. Na 2011 wordt het premiepercentage overeenkomstig artikel 6 lid 3 weer jaarlijks opnieuw vastgesteld.

Contribution percentage adjustment: In derogation from the provisions in article 6, paragraph 3 of the policy terms and conditions, the contribution percentage shall, during the first contract term following the commencement date of the insurance, not be annually adjusted by the company on the basis of the composition of the workforce.
The contribution percentage for 2009 up to and including 2011 has been set at xxx. After 2011, the contribution percentage shall again be adjusted on an annual basis, in accordance with article 6, paragraph 3.
