Source text - English Article 10
The Buyer shall inspect the Merchandise promptly receiving it and, the inspection standard shall be specified in Article 2.
If the Merchandise has been recognized as defective in its arrival, and its defect is not subject to the insurance coverage, the Buyer may claim the paid amount for the Merchandise, expenses required for the import, and any other damage to the Seller.
The Seller is responsible for compensating the damages to the Buyer.
The Buyer shall submit a report from some public inspection institution (Maritime Inspection Association, public inspection institution, etc.), if it shall be needed.
If any defect or complaint attributable to the Seller is clear, the Seller must settle the damages within 60 days from the arrival of the report.
[Product Liability Act]
Article 11
According to the Product Liability Act, if the Buyer, his customers, the other concerned and the third person/s suffer loss or dispute arises out of a flow of the Product which can be proven that it causes from the Product of the Seller, the Seller shall assume the responsibility for settlement and indemnification.
[Force Majeure]
Article 12
Neither party shall directly or indirectly require any compensation for any damage caused by whole or partial non-fulfillment of this contract or delay in its fulfillment due to calamity, restriction of government, war, riot, strike, accident or any other uncontrollable reason of the party concerned.
[Arbitration]
Article 13
Every dispute or controversy occurs between both parties of this contract shall be settle upon deliberation between both parties.
However, if smooth settlement of the dispute may not be expected, the dispute shall be settled at the Tokyo International Commercial Arbitration Association of Japan.
The result of the arbitration shall bind the two parties as the final conclusion.
[Validity]
Article 14
This contract shall be valid from the day when both parties duly signed for a year.
However, this contract may be automatically renewed for another year under the same terms and conditions if there is not any specific objection, and the same procedure shall be applied thereafter.
If any order sheets exists when this contract has expired, the contract shall be in force until the said order sheet has been settled.

(11) Return button When the menu is displayed, the menu of the previous hierarchy is displayed by pressing this button.
When the cursor is at the main menu tab, the menu is closed.
When the confirmation message is displayed, the operation is canceled.
Settings of the projector menu
●In some rare cases, the brightness changes slightly depending on the characteristics of the lamp.
