Steelmaking and hot rolling facility

The facility includes:

> One of the most powerful AC Furnaces in
the world. The required productivity of 300 tph
will be assured by the installation of a jumbo
size (250 t) EAF, and high power (275 MVA)
transformer capacity.
The final product quality requirements will be
assured by twin ladle furnace, and twin vacuum
system, while a powerful and effective fume
dedusting plant, featuring two parallel filters,
will ensure the highest environmental
protection.

> Thin Flexible Slab Continuous Caster,
as the first part of the Casting & Rolling facility.
A twin-strand thin slab caster will
produce 50 to 80 mm thick slabs (after
Dynamic Soft Reduction), 800 to 1,570 mm in
width. The product mix includes LC and MC
grades, and HSLA, while the caster is already
designed for casting ELC, IF, and HC grades.

> Compact Hot Strip Mill, as the second part of
the Casting & Rolling facility, made up of a two strand
of roller hearth furnace (one for each
casting line) and a 6-stand rolling mill.
The furnaces guarantee proper temperature and
buffer time between casters and mill.

تتضمن المنشأة:

> فرن من أقوى أفران التيار المتناوب AC في العالم، سيتم ضمان الإنتاجية المطلوبة بطاقة 300 طن في الساعة من خلال تركيب فرن قوس كهربائي هائل الحجم (250 طن) وطاقة محول عالي الاستطاعة (275 MVA)

ستتم تلبية نوعية المنتجات النهائية بواسطة فرن الحلة المزدوج ونظام تفريغ هوائي مزودج في حين ستضمن وحدة تخليص الأبخرة من الغبار المزودة بمصفاتين متوازيتين والتي تتميز بالفعالية والقوة أفضل حماية بيئية.

> جهاز صب مستمر مرن للبلاطات قليلة السماكة، يمثل الجزء الأول من منشأة الصب والدرفلة، وسينتج جهاز صب البلاطات قليلة السماكة والمزود بعرق مزدوج بلاطات بسماكة 50-80 ملم (بعد Dynamic Soft Reduction) وعرض 800-1570 ملم، وتتضمن مجموعة المنتجات نوعيات LC و MC و HSLA في حين جرى تصميم جهاز الصب لصب نوعيات ELC و HC و IF.
