All travel is now merely a means of moving a camera from place to place, all travellers are ruled by the all-powerful lens. Visitors old-fashioned enough to wish only to stand and look with their anachronistic eyes are shoved aside by the photographers, who take it for granted that while they do their ritual focusing, nothing else may move or cross their vision. Those peculiar souls without a camera must step aside for those more properly occupied, must wait while the rituals take place, and must bide their time while whole coaches stop and unleash upon the landscape the Instamatic God. And the populations of whole countries seeing themselves cannibalised, swallowed up, vacuumed into the black-ringed staring eye, wrench what they can from the cannibals. You want picture my house, my camel? You pay.
None of this would matter, perhaps, if anything worthwhile was being accomplished. If all the constant busyness and clicking produced, at its end, what had not existed before, images of beauty captured or truth told. But, sadly, this isn't so. The camera is simply graffiti made respectable.
The camera is the means by which we stamp ourselves on everything we see, under cover of recording the Wonders of the World already wonderfully
recorded by professionals and on sale at every corner bookshop and newsagent. But what use to show Aunt Maud, back home, postcards of the Tuscan landscape, since we are not in the picture to prove that we were there?
No stretch of rocks has verity unless I am within it. No monument exists
but for my wife, leaning against it. No temple is of interest without my face beside it, grinning. With my camera I appropriate everything beautiful, possess it, shrink it, domesticate it, and reproduce it on my blank sitting-room wall to prove to a selected audience of friends and family the one absolutely vital fact about these beauties: I saw them, I was there, I photographed them, and, ergo, they are.

Что собой представляет современное путешествие? Толпы туристов тычут фотоаппаратом в разные стороны, будто загипнотизированные могущественной силой своих объективов. И если какой-то старомодный путешественник, вдруг, захочет просто остановиться и осмотреть достопримечательности глазами — этим безнадежно устаревшим средством восприятия окружающего мира —, то его тут же потеснит толпа фотографов, уверенных в том, что существует неписаный, а то и вовсе — изданный закон, запрещающий закрывать им вид, или, упаси Бог, толкать их, когда они отправляют священный обряд фокусировки. И чудакам без фотоаппарата приходится отходить в сторону, чтобы не мешать людям заниматься «серьезным» делом, дожидаясь своего часа, пока все пассажиры автобуса не вознесут над пейзажем молитву Фотобожетсву, размахивая своими «мыльницами», словно кадилом. И населения целых стран, которых то и дело затягивают в черную дыру объектива ненасытные туристы-пожиратели живописных видов, стараются выжать из похитителей своих душ как можно большую выгоду: «Твоя фотографировать моя верблюда (дом, лодка, жена)? Твоя платить!».
И все бы ничего, если бы итогом всей этой суеты с наводкой и щелканьем было нечто новое, то, чего раньше не существовало — отражение истинной красоты, правдивые рассказы. Но, увы, массовые фотографии сродни непристойным надписям на стенах Акрополя, разве что сделанные красивым почерком.
Фотоаппарат — это средство влепить свою фигуру на все, что нас окружает, под благовидным предлогом запечатлеть Чудеса Света, давным-давно чудесно запечатленные профессионалами и продающиеся в виде открыток на каждом углу. Но какой смысл показывать тетушке Мод открытки с итальянскими пейзажами, если на картинке нет главного доказательства, что мы там были — нас.
И горный хребет не впечатляет, и знаменитый памятник — не памятник, и древний храм не представляет ни малейшего интереса, если где-нибудь на фотографии нет моей улыбающейся физиономии, или если моя жена не пытается обнять какую-то бронзовую статую. С помощью фотоаппарата я присваиваю себе все, что есть в мире красивого, набиваю этим свои альбомы, заключаю в рамки и вывешиваю на стену, чтобы открыть избранному кругу друзей и родных важную тайну существования красот мира: я видел их, я был там, я снял их, следовательно, они есть!

C’est tout neuf, c’est tout nouveau, le statut d’auto-entrepreneur doit/devait révolutionner le web en permettant à tous de pouvoir faire du business… et de pouvoir déclarer pubs, petits travaux - et, pourquoi pas, générer du vrai business.
Je n’ai pour l’instant rien de vraiment précis en tête, mais j’ai toujours plein de projets et pourquoi pas de temps en temps des trucs qui pourraient générer du cash, donc je me dis: "tiens on va tester ça… en plus l’enregistrement peut se faire en ligne, ça devrait plutôt mieux se passer."
Le site est plutôt bien fait, même si certaines fois cela manque un peu d’explications pour les non-initiés (comme les différentes formes de régimes, etc…). On peut tout faire d’un coup en scannant une pièce d’identité.
Bon, le formulaire est assez trapu, pas mal de questions, des renseignements, etc… mais rien de dramatique.
Je remplis mon (gros) formulaire comme un gentil garçon bien sage.
Je reçois un email qui me confirme que mon dossier a bien été enregistré et que je recevrai d’autres infos un peu plus tard, alors j’attends… confiant.

Mon dossier est refusé… j’envoie un email, j’essaye de les avoir au téléphone (toute une aventure, pas réussi d’ailleurs) et c’est grâce à l’aide de Dame Tartine que je trouve enfin l’explication:
Attention, l’application au 1er janvier 2009 ne concerne pas encore toutes les activitées : suite à un blocage avec la CIPAV, (caisse interprofessionnelle de prévoyance et d’assurance vieillesse) qui regroupe une très large partie des professions libérales, dont les ingénieurs-conseils et les informaticiens, beaucoup d’auto-entrepreneurs souhaitant travailler dans les nouvelles technologies ne peuvent accéder pleinement à ce régime. Faute de mieux, Novelli a promis de régler ce problème par le biais d’un amendement législatif.
Donc, si vous voulez être auto-entrepreneur dans les nouvelles technologies, deux solutions:
- attendre (et on sait pas combien de temps)

Сайт сделан неплохо, хотя непосвященному трудно без подсказок разобраться в определенных тонкостях налогообложения и других бюрократических аспектах. Все можно быстро оформить, отсканировав удостоверение личности.
Анкета длинновата, много вопросов, параметров и т.п., но ничего сверхъестественного. Я ее заполняю, как прилежный ученик.
По электронной почте получаю письмо с подтверждением регистрации. В нем говорится, что мне скоро вышлют дополнительную информацию. Я жду и надеюсь.
Ку-ку… такой вид деятельности недоступен

Мою заявку отклонили. Я отправляю письмо, пытаюсь к ним дозвониться (впрочем, безуспешно). Наконец, нахожу объяснение (спасибо пользователю DameTartine!):
«Внимание! Процедура подачи заявлений, которая вступает в силу 1-го января 2009 года, не относится к некоторым видам деятельности. По причине блокирования со стороны CIPAV (Межотраслевой фонд социального и пенсионного страхования), в котором регистрируется большинство представителей свободных профессий, включая патентных поверенных и программистов, многие индивидуальные предприниматели, которые хотели бы работать в сфере высоких технологий, не могут в полной мере воспользоваться этим режимом налогообложения. За неимением лучшего, г-н Новелли пообещал урегулировать данную проблему путем внесения поправки в закон».
Итак, если вы хотите стать ИП и работать в IT, у вас есть два выхода:
- ждать (неизвестно сколько),
- схитрить и указать другой вид деятельности. |
