Wie draagt welk risico en in welke mate?
Om deze vraag te beantwoorden zal eerst duidelijk moeten zijn welke risico's in het kader van de toezegging onderscheiden kunnen worden. De pensioenrisico�s die financi�le consequenties zullen hebben voor de onderneming kunnen in geval van �defined benefit� regelingen grofweg in een drietal risico�s worden onderverdeeld:
1. Actuarieel risico; zoals bijvoorbeeld sterfte- en arbeidsongeschiktheidsrisico.
2. Beleggingsrisico; risico op de rendementen van belegde gelden.
3. Indexatie- en backservicerisico; het al dan niet in de toekomst kunnen nakomen van een
indexatietoezegging of een toezegging over verleden diensttijd.

Who carries what risk, and to what extent?
To answer this question, it must first of all be clear what risks can be identified in the context defined. In the case of 'Defined Benefit' arrangements, the pension plan risks that will have financial consequences for the company can roughly be divided into three separate risk categories.
1. Actuarial risk, such as the risk of death or total disablement.
2. Investment risk: risk associated with returns on the invested funds.
3. Indexation and 'back-service' risk: the ability to meet an indexation commitment or a commitment relating to past years of service.

All our translations are checked, proofed and edited by a second partner who is a graduate in Communication Studies (journalism) from the Birmingham Polytechnic (UK).
Our organization is a small professional practice where the partners do the work and take full responsibility for the quality of their output, using a proven QA system. We have been translating official, commercial, legal, marketing and other texts since 1992 and most of our clients have come to trust our skills, diligence and reliability over the years.
