Insurance policy
It is hereby stated that the present policy sham be in force as from June 30, 200X and until June 30, 200X and it shall be automatically renewed until termination of the Beneficiary’s obligations whose fulfillemnt is insured, unless the Insurer notifies the Insured and the Beneficiary, by conclusive means, of its decision regarding the non renewal of the policy 3 (three) months before the expiration date scheduled for each year. Under no circumstances shall such notice amount to grounds for the execution of this bond. The insured shall not be entitled to execute this bond on the grounds that, upon expiration of the policy, teh beneficiary should fail to submit a new policy or any other type of guarantee.

Se deja establecido que la presente póliza regirá desde la cero hora del día 30 de junio de 200X hasta la cero hora del día 30 de junio de 200X y será renovada automáticamente hasta la extinción de las obligaciones del Tomador, cuyo cumplimiento cubre, excepto que el Asegurador notifique al Asegurado y al Tomador por medio fehaciente su decisión de no renovar la póliza con una anticipación de 3 (tres) meses respecto del vencimiento de cada año. Dicha notificación en ningún supuesto podrá constituir causal de afectación de esta garantía. El Asegurado no podrá ejecutar esta garantía basándose en el hecho de que el Tomador, luego de vencida la póliza, no presente el endoso de renovación extendiendo la vigencia de la póliza o no presente una nueva póliza u otro tipo de garantía de cualquier naturaleza.

A product and system for cleaning water or industrial and sewage waste water includes a mixture of diatomite that is heated and stirred to impart a lasting low level negative electrical charge to the diatomite. A mixture of approximately 50% aluminum chloride (A1C1) by volume is blended to provide a powder mixture for use as a flocculant in the system.. According to a modification, the charged diatomite is instead blended with a mixture of approximately 50% ferric chloride (FeC13) by volume and is stored in liquid form for later use as a flocculant in the system. From one to five percent, by volume, of polyacrylamide is preferably added to the mixture for use in sewage waste water treatment applications. An efficient system for reacting either the mixture or separately adding the diatomite and the metallic chloride to the water is described. | Translation - Spanish
Un producto y sistema para limpiar agua o aguas industriales y residuales, incluye una mezcla con diatomita, que es calentada y agitada para impartir una carga eléctrica negativa duradera a la diatomita. Position: Assistant to the Procurement Area, promoted to the Financial and Administration General Direction, as assistant, translator and interpreter. Some of the translated material was Institutional, Legal, Commercial, Operational, Management, Procurement and Vendor Documents, Administration and Organization, Management, Human Resources, Training, Audits, Private Capital and Investment, Regulatory Frameworks and Regulations, Regulatory Entities, Economic and Financial Reports and Internal Communications.
1998-1999: Miller Varco-Purden S.A. (A United Dominion Company, Joint Venture, Argentina-USA). Steel System Contructions. Positions: Assistant, translator and interpreter of the Engineering Area, promoted to Presidency. Translated material included Bidding Documents, Legal Contracts, Budgets and Technical Sheets.
