Since 2001 I have been operating as freelance translator, providing quality translations from English into Danish as well as a number of other services, which include editing, proofreading, linguistic consultancy and quality control assignments.
As I deliver functional translations that bring the message efficiently across to the target market I can help ensure that end clients appear professional in their international communications.
Utilising leading translation software such as Trados and SDLX as well as terminology management systems I am able to efficiently reuse client-specific terminology and achieve a high level of overall consistency. Because of my academic background I take quite an interest in the linguistic development of Danish, which means that it is quite important to me that the final product meets the highest possible standard and is idiomatically correct.
