Freelance Localisation Specialist/Translator. As you will see from my personal CV, I have the professional skills and experience that you are looking for. In the past 2 years, I have localised 2 Microsoft operating systems: Windows XP and Windows (.NET) Server 2003 and before that I have been responsible for the localisation of many well-known computer games and other software-related materials for Electronic Arts (EA Games).
My native languages are Dutch (primarily) and German, and I possess a near-to native fluency in English. I am also fully proficient with various localisation tools and processes.
My capacity for translations is approximately 10,000 to 15,000 words per week, depending on the difficulty level and recycling possibilities (Trados TM or other resources). Special discounts may apply.
I invite you to test my qualities by sending me your most difficult translation test for my area of expertise.
