I specialise in business, IT and health care texts and enjoy translating both technical and marketing documents. I am also experienced in writing and proofreading IT user guides and training materials. I have a strong focus on quality and have been working as a translator since 1996.

Overnight translation from New Zealand
Because of the time difference between Europe and New Zealand I can often complete small jobs overnight for you. I am in email contact in the morning and evening your time so for overnight work, just email me at the end of your day.

I'm available between 6.30am - 9.45pm NZ time. From 30 October 2011 - 1 April 2012 this is 6.30pm - 9.45am.

More about me
I have worked as a German to English translator for 14 years. I have taught translation in Germany and English in Germany and Switzerland. I love the challenge of a new translation and the intellectual focus that a well-written text demands.

Now living in New Zealand, I was born in the UK and studied at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. I have a first class honours degree in in science and qualifications in German and teaching English.

I also run a small company, FOXDOCS Ltd, which specialises in overnight German to English translation for business and IT.
