MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE MULTIORGANIZATION EEIG AND THE INTERPLUS PARTNERSHIP
The undersigned representatives of the “INTERPLUS” Partnership and of the MULTIORGANIZATION EEIG, in view of maintaining, updating and guaranteeing appropriate dissemination and use of INTERPLUS results
A G R E E
On the following points
1. The MULTIORGANIZATION EEIG will manage, on behalf of the INTERPLUS partnership, the licence agreement for INTERPLUS distribution at national level and the European/international promotion according to the following points.
2. The MULTIORGANIZATION EEIG will identify candidate organisations to distribute INTERPLUS at national level; whenever an INTERPLUS partner is available to play this role, it will be given priority towards other candidates offering similar qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
3. Regarding the revenues distribution, 30% of sales revenues would be retained by the Agency directly proposing INTERPLUS on the market, 20% would go to the MULTIORGANIZATION EEIG as a sort of “management fee” while 50% of revenues will be corresponded to the INTERPLUS partners according to their agreement. | Translation - Spanish

LA AGRUPACIÓN EUROPEA DE INTERÉS ECONÓMICO MULTIORGANIZATION Y LA SOCIEDAD INTERPLUS PARTNERSHIP
Los abajo firmantes, actuando como representantes de la sociedad INTERPLUS Partnership y de la Agrupación europea de interés económico MULTIORGANIZATION y con el objetivo/fin de mantener, actualizar y asegurar/garantizar una adecuada/apropiada difusión y uso de los resultados de INTERPLUS
ACUERDAN
Las siguientes clausulas:
1. La Agrupación europea de interés económuco MULTIORGANIZATION gestionará, en nombre (y representación) de la sociedad INTERPLUS Partnership, el acuerdo/contrato de licencia para la distribución (nacional) de INTERPLUS en el ámbito nacional y la promoción europea o internacional según las condiciones que aquí se detallan/los siguientes puntos:
2. La Agrupación europea de interés económico MULTIORGANIZATION se ocupara de buscar/buscará organizaciones candidatas para distribuir INTERPLUS en el ámbito nacional. Siempre que exista algún socio/miembro de INTERPLUS Partnership dispuesto a desempeñar esta función/cumplir con este papel, tendrá/se le dará prioridad sobre otros candidatos que presenten/ofrezcan características cualitativas y cuantitativas similares.
3. En lo que respecta al distribución/reparto de los beneficios (obtenidos se realizará del siguiente modo:), el 30% de los mismos/beneficios corresponderá a la Agencia que promueva/comercialice directamente los productos de INTERPLUS (en el mercado), el 20% será para la Agrupación europea de interés económico MULTIORGANIZATION en concepto de "honorario de gestión", mientras que el 50% restante corresponderá a los miembros/socios de INTERPLUS según los dispuesto en/se especifique en sus respectivos contratos. | | English to Spanish: Mortgage deed | Source text - English

I have an English and French Translation Degree and a Master’s Degree in Medical and Health Translation. I am experienced in general translation and I am specialized in Translation and Localization of software, webpages, technical manuals as well as Medical translation. I am highly educated in CAT tools and I am also a certified proofreader.
I translated some books about computers, a range of technical manuals and I worked for Cisco as technical support agent. I collaborated in the translation of a well-known medical manual. I translated a couple of articles for a magazine, user guides, leaflets, etc. I always do my best effort in any translation to provide the best quality. My last project was the translation of the Press Kit for Madrid 2016 (our bid for the Olympic Games).

Soy licenciada en traducción e interpretación por la Universitat Jaume I y obtuve un máster en traducción médico-sanitaria en esta misma universidad. Tengo experiencia en traducción general y estoy especializada en la traducción de software, páginas web, manuales técnicos y traducción médica. Actualmente estoy realizando un máster de tecnologías de la traducción y localización. Además, dispongo de acreditación como correctora profesional de textos.
He traducido libros de informática para Ediciones ENI, manuales técnicos, guías, folletos, etc. para otras agencias. He trabajado en soporte técnico para Cisco y he colaborado en la traducción de un manual médico para la Editorial Panamericana.
