In my ten years of activity as a freelance translator I have tried to specialise in a group of disciplines that best reflect my background, interests and past education to ensure accurate and polished translations that read as if they were written in the target language.
I have travelled extensively and lived for several decades in Italy, giving me a native proficiency in Italian before moving just across the border into France, where I now work from.
In addition to my working languages I also have a good knowledge of Spanish and Modern Greek.
Before turning to translation, I worked in photography, film and the graphic arts and I am also familiar with the hotel and restaurant trade.
