DRAGAJ DE INTRETINERE
Obiectul prestaţiei îl constituie execuţia operaţiunilor de dragaj şi excavaţii în vederea realizării lucrărilor de aducere la cota corespunzătoare şi întreţinere a adâncimilor bazinelor, senalelor şi zonelor de manevră din porturile Constanta, Midia si Mangalia.
Lucrările de dragaj se execută atât în bazine, până la o distanţă de 15m de la faţa cheurilor, cât şi în zona limitrofă cheului, pe o lăţime de 15 m de la faţa acestuia. Pentru aceste lucrări trebuie să se asigure utilaje corespunzătoare tipului de dragaj necesar în zona respectivă: dragi maritime cu cupe, macarale plutitoare echipate cu greifer sau alte utilaje. În situaţia în care dragajul din zona limitrofă cheului se execută cu macara plutitoare echipată cu greifer, iar în urma efectuării ridicării hidrografice initiale, se constată ca sunt zone izolate (fâşii înguste care trebuie dragate între 15 - 40 m de la fata cheului), se vor draga şi acestea tot cu macara plutitoare.

MAINTENANCE DREDGING
Object of Service The object of service is the execution of dredging and excavation operations in order to bring to the satisfactory level and maintain the depth of the basin, the navigation channels and the manoeuvre areas in the ports of Constanta, Midia and Mangalia.
The dredging works are performed both in basins, up to a 15 m distance from the front of the quays, as well as in the adjacent quay area, on a 15 m width from its front. Equipment suitable to the type of dredging necessary in the respective area must be provided for these works: maritime dredges with grabs, floating cranes equipped with clamshell grapples or other machinery. When the dredging in the area adjacent to the quay is done with a floating crane equipped with a clamshell grapples, if after the initial hydrographical elevation survey isolated areas are found (narrow strips that have to be dredged between 15 - 40 m from the front of the quay), they will also be dredged with floating cranes.

În luna februarie a anului XXX am acceptat propunerea lui XXX de a intra ca asociat şi a prelua funcţia de director executiv a unei noi societăţi, care practic a fost înregistrată după venirea mea, şi care se numea XXX.
Obiectul de activitate al societăţii era distribuţia de anvelope, la vremea aceea numai a celor produse în România.
Evident, în acest domeniu de activitate un rol important îl joacă transportul anvelopelor în cât mai multe zone ale ţării, pentru a fi cât mai aproape de utilizatori.
Astfel, în momentul în care am stabilit strategia de dezvoltare a comapniei, au fost stabilite trei direcţii de dezvoltare:
1.Crearea unei reţele naţionale de sucursale, cu reprezentanţe în fiecare judeţ, până în iunie 1994.
2.Dezvolatrea unei companii proprii de transport, care să asigure o logistică optimă de distribuire la costuri minine.
3. Implicarea în producţie prin construirea unei fabrici de anvelope reşapate şi participarea la privatizarea principalilor producători de anvelope.

In February XXX, I accepted XXX’s proposal to enter into a partnership and take over the position of Executive Director of a new company, which was practically registered after my arrival, whose name was XXX.
The object of activity of the company was the distribution of car tyres, at that time only those manufactured in Romania.
Obviously, in this field of activity, it is very important to transport the tyres to as many destinations in the country as possible in order to be as close as possible to the customer.
Thus, the moment I established the strategy of development of the company, three directions of development were employed:
1. The creation of a national network of branches, with representatives in each county, until June 1994.
2. The development of an own transport company meant to ensure an optimal logistics of distribution at minimal prices.
3.The involvement in production by building a factory of retread tyres and the participation in the privatization of the main tyre manufacturers.

Next year, Germany will celebrate the mark’s fiftieth birthday. Yet six months after this jubilee, on January 1, 1999, Germany plans to kill off the mark and lead Europe in adopting the new Continental currency, the Euro.
Pushing Germany toward this perplexing act of national sacrifice is its Chancellor, Helmut Kohl.
Kohl rose to power in the early eighties, through his mastery of parliamentary tactics, not through any inspired vision of twenty-first-century Europe.
Once he was in office, his largest ambition was to demonstrate Bonn’s loyalty to NATO by prevailing over Germany’s bumptious peace movement and lining the Fulda Gap with medium-range nuclear missiles.
When Kohl did pull off something truly historic - reunification - he was spooked by his own success. Now the prospect of Reich loomed, where before there had been only the tame Federal Republic. If offering up the mark will banish that prospect, he is willing to pay the price.

Anul viitor Germania va sărbători cea de-a cincizecea aniversare a mărcii. Şi totuşi, la şase luni după acest jubileu, la 1 ianuarie 1999, Germania plănuieşte să scoată marca din circulaţie şi să conducă Europa în adoptarea noii valute continentale, euro.
Cel care împinge Germania înspre acest gest perplex de sacrificiu naţional este Cancelarul său, Helmut Kohl.
Kohl s-a ridicat la putere la începutul anilor 80 printr-o perfectă stăpânire a tacticilor parlamentare şi nu printr-o viziune inspirată a Europei secolului douăzeci şi unu.
Odată ce a preluat puterea, cea mai mare ambiţie a lui a fost să demonstreze loialitatea Bonnului către NATO prin controlarea încrezutei mişcări de pace a Germaniei şi prin dotarea trecătorii Fulda cu rachete nucleare de acţiune medie.
Cand Kohl a realizat ceva cu adevărat istoric –reunificarea- el a fost speriat de propriul lui succes. Acum perspectiva reichului se contura acolo unde fusese doar blânda republică federală. Şi dacă renunţarea la marcă va îndepărta acea perspectivă, el este gata să plătească preţul.

My specialty is Romanian-English-French legal translator/interpreter with Licence No. 4131/2000 issued by the Ministry of Justice Romania.
In Romania I worked for five years for a private company, SC Britania SRL Cluj, a School of Foreign languages and translating agency where I was teaching English and translating mainly official documents into/from the languages mentioned above. However, I also translated form the medical, social sciences, musical, IT, education, human resources, management, marketing, and other general fields.
Prior to Britania I worked at MAX TV Station for a year and a half as a headphone translator for the subtitling of movies. I translated documentaries and full length movies and I found that activity very interesting and challenging.
In 2004 I moved to New Zealand and started working as a freelancer. I am a member of NZSTI.
While in New Zealand I also completed a Bachelor of Education (TESOL) at Massey University and I taught English to emmigrants.
