The one minute power frequency test voltage value across the breaker head(s) is corrected to 1.32*93 kVrms = 123kVrms. The next higher one minute power frequency test voltage value according to IEC-143 Table 5 is 140 kVrms and corresponding BIL level 325 kV.
The minimum creepage distance across the breaker head(s) according to IEC-143 section 3 is the following:

The present invention relates to a method for installing a fixed window and a fixed window. The invention is suited for windows of vehicles, especially windows of passenger carriages (US 4 853 055 A).
BACKGROUND TO THE INVENTION
A vehicle window is described in EP 0 241 665 B1. Another vehicle window, more especially a side window of passenger carriages, is described in EP 0 102 526 B1. The windowpane of the vehicle window is arranged fixedly in the form of a double or multiple panes in a profiled window frame by way of adhesive layers. The window has at least one outer pane that is larger or smaller relative the inner part, at least for the two longer window sides. The window frame has a profile, which is step-shaped in cross-section and which has corresponding stop and adhesion surfaces spatially offset to one another for the inner or respectively outer surfaces of the inner and outer pane or respectively of the several partial panes of a multiple pane.
A further vehicle window is described in EP 0 105 830 B1. The windowpane is in the form of a double or multiple panes fixedly disposed in a profiled window frame by means of layers of adhesive. The window frame has at least at the two, upper and lower, longitudinal sides of the window a profile which is U-shaped in cross-section and the mutually opposite inner surfaces of which are both stop and adhesion surfaces of the window pane, in which respect the U-limb associated with the outer pane is an integral extension of the vehicle wall.

En el documento EP 0 241 665 B1 se describe una ventana para vehículos. Esta ventana para vehículos presenta cristales aislantes de hojas dobles o múltiples que están nivelados con la parte exterior y que están unidos de forma fija por su hoja interior a la superficie de un tope vertical, situado en la zona del borde del interior del vehículo, en un perfil de marco rígido de la ventana que está fijado a la estructura del vehículo. Para el acoplamiento directo mutuo, independientemente de la forma del marco, entre las hojas parciales de cristal aislante, se forma una conexión adhesiva que puentea el intersticio de la hoja en la zona del borde lateral, de una manera tan intrínsicamente estable que las cargas que actúan sobre la hoja exterior se pueden transferir en su mayor parte sin cambiar el espacio entre hojas en el lado del borde por medio de la conexión adhesiva a la hoja interior y, de esta manera, al perfil del marco.
Otra ventana para vehículos, más específicamente una ventana lateral para los vehículos de pasajeros, se describe en el documento EP 0 102 526 B1. El cristal de la ventana del vehículo está fijado en forma de hojas dobles o múltiples en el marco de la ventana por medio de capas adhesivas. La ventana tiene como mínimo una hoja exterior que es más grande o más pequeña que la parte interior, como mínimo referido a los dos lados de mayor dimensión de la ventana. El marco de la ventana tiene un perfil cuya sección es de forma escalonada, y tiene superficies de tope y adherencia correspondientes, desplazadas espacialmente por las superficies interior o exterior de la hoja interior o exterior, o bien de las diferentes hojas del cristal múltiple.
En el documento EP 0 105 830 B1 se describe un tipo adicional de ventana para vehículos. El cristal de la ventana del vehículo está formado por hojas dobles o múltiples fijadas en el marco de la ventana por medio de capas de adhesivo. El marco de la ventana tiene como mínimo en los dos lados longitudinales, superior e inferior, de la ventana, un perfil con sección en forma de U y cuyas superficies interiores mutuamente opuestas son superficies de tope y adherencia de la hoja de la ventana de manera que el elemento en forma de U asociado a la hoja exterior es una extensión integral de la pared del vehículo.
