1. I will usually enquire several users: what provider they are on, what kind of problems they encounter with that provider, if they get signals or not when they travel overseas. I will take note of all feedback and examine them before suggesting to use a particular provider.

I have approximately eight year work experience in sales-marketing-customer service fields, in IT, Hospitality, Education and Government-funded Industry. I graduated with a master's degree in Business Administration in 2005, on the top of a bachelor's degree in International Business obtained in 2000.
I started rendering English into Indonesian in 2000, for my first employer, and I recently started going professional by working as a freelance translator.
I hold a professional translator qualification from NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) Australia. At the moment I work for one of Australia largest universities in Melbourne.
