RULES OF CONDUCT

Se monta el pasamanos del techo de la nacelle, cuando no viene montado
Se montan los soportes del anemómetro sónico, se sellan todas las posibles entradas de agua
Se pone la tuberia de plástico ( que protegen los cables del sensor) por el interior de los soportes, se fija adecuadamente...
Se conectan los cables del anemómetro sónico a las caja A6A y A6B. El guiado de los cables por el techo es el apropiado, están los cables bien sujetos ...
Se ajusta el sensor sónico
Se respetan todas las medidas de seguridad ( velocidad de viento máxima 12 m/s)
Se preparan los cables que sobresalen del eje principal (se unen los mangueras hidráulicas y los cables eléctricos ...)
Se desengrasa/ limpia la brida del eje princiapl y la corona
Se instala el útil de izado de la nacelle de forma apropiada para no dañar ningún elemento de la nacelle ( pintura, fibra ...)
Se comprueba la planitud corona- torre
Apriete de los tornillos de nacelle:
Se aceitan los tornillos
Se retiran los pines o tornillos guías
Se aprietan los tornillos en intervalos de 200 Nm
Se usan galgas si hay holguras mayores de 0.25 mm
Se montan las trampillas de fibra de vidrio para izado en el techo de la nacelle
Se sellan las trampillas perfectamente con silicona
Se vierte el aceite en la cuba donde se alogan los pendulos
