Having grown up and done all my schooling in England, from 1989 I lived and worked in Switzerland, before moving to Germany in 2009. As a dual-national Swiss-Brit, I have been speaking, reading and writing (Swiss-)German and English for nearly all my life. The French came along when I spent several years living and working in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. I started translating to fund my studies in music, and now have about 18 years' experience in translation, language and copy editing, and proofreading.
I work together with Jackie Leach Scully; we check each other's work so translations you receive will always have been seen by another pair of eyes.
While I come from an Arts background, Jackie was originally a molecular biologist. Together we now cover fields that range from architecture to AIDS, from forestry to psychiatry.

We now have offices in Dresden (Germany) and Newcastle upon Tyne (UK).
