In 2007, we completed a 1,230-pages (over 400k words) oil & gas translation project and regularly deal with assignments scaling from 2,000 words up to 50, 000 and more. Potential work that we did in English - Russian language pair in 2008-2009 includes translation and editing of a mega-large task in petrochemical refinery (documents of Taneco, Sakhalinnipimorneft LLC, Fluor companies) with a volume of over 7 million words (thousands of pages).
For the last 4.5 years we have been dealing with a number of potential IT projects, including Microsoft and developed terminology in Uzbek, Tajik, Kazakh and Turkmen languages, which have been validated, tested, QAed and approved for the final use.
The team linguists are very knowledgeable in, and sensitive to, multilingual and multicultural issues, master high interpersonal communication skills, have large experience in doing large volumes of technical translations either for translation agencies or end-clients, are native in target language, have large experience in building and managing language specific style guides and glossaries.
