INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF
THE WESLEYAN CHURCH
2650. There shall be an International Conference of The Wesleyan
Church for the purpose of promoting worldwide holiness evangelism in
keeping with the mission of The Wesleyan Church (100-105), the
coordinating of the activities of The Wesleyan Church worldwide, the
promoting of a closer fellowship and mutual understanding, and the
providing of a means for joint planning and cooperative action among all
units and general conferences of The Wesleyan Church. (Cf. 6505.)
2660. The International Conference of The Wesleyan Church shall
consist of those bodies which have originated in or which have affiliated with
The Wesleyan Church which adhere to the Essentials of The Wesleyan
Church and other provisions of its Charter.
2670. The International Conference of The Wesleyan Church shall
function through its quadrennial sessions composed of representatives from
each general conference, each established national/regional conference and
each mission unit functioning under a missions department. The number of
representatives from each unit shall be determined according to the number
of members, with due regard to the principle of lay representation. In the
interim of International Conference sessions, it shall function through the
International Board and the International Board of General Superintendents.

Fraud is a global malaise in telecom networks and has a very significant impact on the bottom lines of telecom operators. Fraudsters are proving to be extremely innovative and are devising advanced techniques to defraud networks due to which the losses can be quite huge. Surveys show that about 4% of the industry’s revenue is lost to fraud.
Even though digital technologies are secure from technical frauds largely, subscription related and behavioural frauds are on the upswing. A focused approach is essential to combat these frauds in telecom networks. Operators generally encounter the following types of frauds:
Subscription Fraud: Occurs when subscribers obtain telephone connections by
providing false data resulting such cases, the operator would not be able to locate a
subscriber or collect money from them when bills are overdue. This can be quite serious
when used in conjunction with other types of frauds like call sell and PRS fraud.
Cloning: This fraud can occur on both analog as well as digital mobile networks. In
analog networks, the duplication of MIN/ESN pairs allows multiple use of one mobile
identity. MIN/ESN identities, which are insecurely passed over the air, are picked up by
using scanners. In GSM, cloned SIMs are created by using numbers such as HRN, IMSI
etc. on the SIM card. The duplication machine can be used to clone the card. It gives the
effect that two same numbers are functioning. Only one of them is legitimate; that is
person billed for all the calls by the operator.

Besides the above mentioned Hornbostel-Sachs system there are other ways of classifying musical instruments. Actually, each regional civilization has its own unique classification principle. As an example we could take the "Ba Yin" system (literally it means "eight sounds [or timbres]” from Chinese) which divides all instruments into groups according to the material they are made of (see fig. 2). The number 8 hasn't been chosen by mere chance (just like many other characteristic numbers in the Chinese science), but it corresponds to the "eight trigrams" of the ancient Chinese natural philosophy (see [3] for details). The Ba Yin system describes the Chinese (and generally the Far Eastern) musical culture from the point of view of the instruments being played. But it is undoubtedly local, because it can’t be applied to the musical cultures of other regional civilizations and specifically to the European civilization. For example we would experience real difficulties when trying to classify the violin using the Ba Yin system. The same thing goes for the academic approach to the classification of instruments. Veronica Etro picked up on some of the trends of the season, but managed to weave in a sense of her family's heritage in print and exotic fabric. She started with a floppy duster coat over a pair of pale pink patchwork pants in unpressed silk, and from there found ways to work in the house paisleys on satin, chiffons, and voiles, which she used on everything from pajamas to jumpsuits to long, multitiered halterneck dresses. Her palette of mushroom, dusty pinks, and violet provided a baseline to tie it all together. There were some things that were spot-on trend, like a striped black and gold Lurex sweater or a little pair of army shorts. But then again, why would a woman go to Etro, over anyone else, for that sort of thing? What really will sell is far more likely to be the romantic, early-seventies-influenced printed gypsy blouses, multitier halternecks, and long dresses, items in which to breeze around on a beach. All in paisley, of course.

This document is intended to briefly summarise the Euromot Position on the UN ECE
Gothenburg protocol on NOx limits for new stationary internal combustion engines. For the
comprehensive Euromot Position see “Useful Links”.
A. Stipulated limits are not according to the new trend to improve energy efficiency and
usage of renewable energy in the spirit of the Kyoto Protocol.
- Stipulated NOx limit for 4-stroke lean-burn spark ignition engines will increase the fuel
consumption of the engine and decrease the temperature of the flue gas. Hence the
consequences are:
- a lower total energy efficiency of the CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plant
- higher emissions of CO2 and other unburned emission components (CO, VOC, etc.).
- Engines fired with renewable energy sources (such as bio-gas, bio-oils, etc.) have not
been considered.
- No efficiency bonus is granted to the engine driven power plant, althought a higher
efficiency results in a lower fuel consumption and hence in a lower level of greenhouse

Если во время начать принимать каждый день препараты против ВИЧ, то можно предотвратить СПИД и вести практически нормальный образ жизни.
ВИЧ передается, прежде всего, при вагинальном и анальном сексе без презерватива (причем это возможно даже тогда, когда сперма не попадает внутрь тела). Также существует очень высокая вероятность заражения при совместном использовании шприцов для употребления наркотиков. Зараженные матери могут заразить своих детей во время беременности, в процессе родов и во время кормления грудью.

You are here and that means you need a professional translator from English or German into Russian. So you are probably wondering who I am and what I can offer.
My name is Olga Arakelyan. I’ve been a freelance translator since March 2007 and a registered individual entrepreneur since 2008. My education and my background gave me an opportunity to specialize in the following fields:
1) Religion (Christianity, or other religions from the Christian point of view). I am a covenant member of the Christian Evangelical Wesleyan Church in Vladimir, Russia. Graduated from the Wesleyan Bible College in 2003. In 1998-2008 worked as a staff translator and interpreter in the same Church. Translated reports, written texts and two books in the fields of Christianity, history, education. Interpreted at public as well as confidential meetings and at numerous residential and day camps. Served as a codirector of two day camps in 2002-2003. Taught Russian as a foreign language.
2) Education/pedagogy. I am a certified teacher of English and German (with English being my major). During the years of my working with the Wesleyan Church I translated a lot of materials for the Bible College including teaching materials, student works, tests, a textbook (Outline History of the Wesleyan Church), interpreted at various meetings etc. Besides, I’ve been working as a private ESL teacher, have experience in teaching English via Skype and personally.
3) Music. I graduated from a music school in Vladimir, Russia, in 1992. In 1994-2004 I was a member of a church worship team, and later became a worship leader. So my music education didn’t just stay with me in theory, but it was actively used. It is also used now both in my ministry in church and in my translations.
4) Real Estate. I performed quite a few translations for various websites promoting real estate in different countries.
5) Tourism and travel. I’ve done quite a few translations on this topic and love it a lot.
6) Marketing. I love marketing texts. I've done lots of marketing texts in various fields including mobile phone apps, new technologies, e-commerce, online stores etc. My experience is not limited to just translating a text that I’m given. Sometimes my clients ask me to look at the English text and then write something similar in Russian that would attract possible customers. I love doing creative work, that’s why I love marketing texts.
I have worked in a number of other fields, too, including general medical/healthcare texts, culinary, textiles and fashion, contemporary art etc.
What’s my main goal? It is to make my translations as accurate as possible, but at the same time make them sound as if they were originally written in Russian. That’s why my speed may not be too fast (1500-2000 words a day), but I do my very best to provide you with texts of excellent quality.
