The Importance and the Contribution of the Research Results
The research results teach us about a very low levet of loyalty and an average level of satisfaction.
The most important and interesting finding ihat was discovered in the study is the fact that it is possible to note that both the students from the first year and the students from the fourth year of their studies at the DHIIT at DASM ranked the interpersonal relations in the Institute, both with the lecturers and with the Students’ Affairs staff, at a high ranking and with a high levet of importance. The courses and the quality of the teaching in the two student groups were found to be at a low ranking and with a wide gap (these were less important to the students). This is a topic that must be further investigated more closely.
It must be assumed that the overall research results will make up an influencing factor with regards to an alteration of concept, among the governmental universities in Egyypt, in improving the quality of the service and the satisfaction to the students in order to guarantee their continued existence and preserve their market share.

أهمية نتائج البحث وإسهاماتها
إن نتائج البحث تُعْلِمنا بمستوى منخفض للغاية من الولاء بالإضافة إلى مستوي مقبول من الرضاء.
وتعد أكثر النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة أهمية هي الحقيقة التي توضح لنا أنه من الممكن أن نلاحظ أن طلاب السنة الأولى والسنة الرابعة على حد سواء قد قاموا بوضع العلاقات البين شخصية داخل المعهد، سواء كانت هذه العلاقات مع المحاضرين أو مع العاملين في شئون الطلبة، في ترتيب أعلي وفي مستوي عال من الأهمية. تبين أن المقررات ونوعية التدريس يقعان في ترتيب منخفض للغاية عند كلتا المجموعتين مع وجود فجوة واسعة (مما يعني أنهما أقل أهمية بالنسبة للطلاب). يجب أن يتم مستقبلاً دراسة هذا الموضوع دراسة متعمقة.
يجب أن نذكر في النهاية أن النتائج العامة للبحث تشكل عاملًا فعالًا فيما يختص بتغيير هذا المفهوم، السائد في الجامعات الحكومية في مصر، و الذي يتعلق بتحسين نوعية الخدمة والرضاء بالنسبة للطلاب لضمان تواجدهم المستمر والمحافظة على نصيبهم في سوق العمل.

يتوجه خلال الأيام المقبلة وفد رفيع المستوي يضم نخبة من رجال العلم والمفكرين والعلماء ـ إلي7 دول أوروبية كبري لعقد لقاءات واجتماعات, والرد علي الدعاوى الباطلة الموجهة ضد الإسلام, وتوضيح الحقائق عن سماحته ووسطيته واعتداله, وذلك في إطار خطة الوزارة لتصحيح صورة الإسلام والمسلمين في الغرب, التي تضررت عقب أحداث الحادي عشر من سبتمبر عام2001 في الولايات المتحدة. أعلن ذلك ـ خلال مؤتمر صحفي ـ عقده الدكتور محمود حمدي زقزوق وزير الأوقاف أمس بمناسبة بدء أعمال المؤتمر العام السادس عشر للمجلس الأعلى للشئون الإسلامية خلال الفترة من28 أبريل وحتى الأول من مايو المقبل بالقاهرة تحت شعار" التسامح في الحضارة الإسلامية". وقال الوزير إن الهدف من استمرار عقد هذه المؤتمرات هو توحيد جهود الوزارات والمنظمات والهيئات الإسلامية ليس علي المستوي المحلي, ولكن عالميا وبلغات المجتمعات الغربية لمواجهة الحملة الشرسة علي الإسلام ليس بطريقة ردود الأفعال, ولكن انطلاقا من مردود إيجابي يعرض للجانب المشرق لحضارة الإسلام بهدف إزالة ما يلتصق بها من عدوانية وتكفير وتعصب. | Translation - English
Within the coming few days, a high-level delegation including an elite of scholars, thinkers and scientists shall travel to seven major European countries in which assemblies and meetings shall be held. They will respond to the false claims directed to Islam and explain facts about Islam’s tolerance and moderation. This shall be done in the context of the ministry’s plan for correcting the view about Islam and Muslims in the West, which has been negatively affected after the events of 9/11/2001. This news was announced in a press conference held yesterday by Prof. Mahmoud Hamdy Zaqzuq, the Minister of Religious Endowments, in the occasion of starting the activities of the Sixth General Conference of the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs. The conference is to be held from the 28th of April to the 1st of May in Cairo, under the slogan, “Tolerance in the Islamic Civilization.” The Minister said that the aim of continuing to hold such conferences is to unite the efforts of the Islamic ministries, organizations and authorities on the local level as well as on the international. He added that these conferences are held in the languages of western societies in order that we may face the fierce campaign against Islam, without using the method of reactions but rather from a positive perspective that is able to display the bright side of the Islamic civilization. This is done with the aim of refuting any accusations of aggression, accusing others of disbelief and intolerance. |
