Le petit déj' de l'école ne passe pas pour l'Afssa
L'obésité des enfants ? La faute un peu à l'école, si l'on en croit un avis de l'Agence française de sécurité sanitaire des aliments (Afssa) publié hier. Selon les experts, la collation distribuée le matin en classe «est à l'origine d'un excès calorique qui ne peut que favoriser l'augmentation de la prévalence de l'obésité constatée depuis trente ans chez les enfants d'âge scolaire en France».
Pire, l'Afssa désigne le risque de «générer des attitudes favorisant le grignotage» pour des fruits consommés à l'école en dehors des repas. Quant au lait donné en maternelle, l'Afssa estime que cette distribution «n'est pas justifiée» non plus. Et propose de «ne distribuer qu'aux seuls enfants qui ne l'auraient pas pris, et ce dès l'arrivée à l'école et avant le début de la classe, un petit déjeuner équilibré dont la composition serait conforme aux instructions de la circulaire sur la restauration scolaire». Elle suggère aussi de regrouper mensuellement les goûters d'anniversaire.

¿Obesidad infantil? Parte de la culpa la tiene el colegio si se hace caso a la advertencia del AFSSA (Agencia Francesa de la Seguridad Sanitaria de los Alimentos) que se publicó ayer. Según los expertos, el desayuno que se reparte por la mañana en clase "es la base de un exceso calórico que contribuye únicamente al aumento de la prevalencia de la obesidad, constatada desde hace treinta años en los niños en edad escolar en Francia". Y lo que es peor aún, el AFSSA apunta que existe un riesgo de "provocar conductas que favorezcan el picar" frutos secos en el colegio a deshoras. En cuanto a la leche que se da en preescolar, el AFSSA considera que tampoco este reparto "se puede justificar". Además propone asimismo "que se distribuya exclusivamente a los niños que no la hayan tomado y que ésto se haga así en cuanto lleguen a clase antes del comienzo de la misma, un desayuno equilibrado cuya composición sea conforme a las instrucciones de la circular relativa a la restauración escolar". 7.- TOTALIDAD
Este acuerdo constituye la totalidad de los acuerdos entre las partes en relación a su contenido, y deroga cualquier acuerdo previo entre ellas, bien sean orales o escritos, relacionados con el objeto de este Acuerdo.
8.- MODIFICACIONES
Ninguna modificación, alteración o complemento a este Acuerdo será válida en ningún respecto, a menos que esté firmada por ambas partes. Las aprobaciones o consentimientos aquí establecidos deberán también constar por escrito. Sin limitación alguna, ningún término de una orden de compra podrá modificar o alterar este Acuerdo.
9.- LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE
El presente Acuerdo se regirá por la normativa legal española que le sea de aplicación
10.- JURISDICCIÓN
Las partes, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles, se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales de Madrid, capital, para cualquier cuestión que pudiera causarse por la interpretación y/o aplicación de lo aquí pactado.
Y, en prueba de conformidad, como expresión de su consentimiento tanto en el idioma castellano como en el inglés tendrán el mismo valor y fuerza jurídica , las partes rubrican cada hoja y firman al pie de los dos ejemplares en que se formaliza, en un solo efecto, el presente Acuerdo, en el lugar y la fecha indicados en el encabezamiento.

7.- TOTALITY OF AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the totality of agreements between the parties involved in relation to the content, and revokes any previous agreement signed among the parties, oral or written, concerning the subject matter of the present Agreement.
8.- AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS
No alterations or variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless signed by the Parties. The approvals or consents hereby established should be put into place. No term of the purchase order will amend or alter this Agreement without reserve or limitation whatsoever.
9.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The present Agreement shall be governed and enforced by the applicable Spanish legislation regulation.
10.- JURISDICTION
The parties, with expressed resignation to any other law that could correspond to them, are specifically under the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, capital of the country, for any question which may arise with regard to the interpretation or application of this agreement.
And, in witness whereof, the parties hereto express their consent in both Castillian and English languages, will have the same legal value and force. Both parties seal each leaf of this instrument and sign at the foot of both copies, executing this Agreement, with one single effect, in the place and date indicated in the headline of this document.

Operational Overview
The Main Screen displays a glucose trend chart, the current glucose reading and any current alert or status messages. The target glucose range appears as a green highlighted band defined by the target minimum value and target maximum value on the left side of the screen. The critical high and critical low alert levels appear as red lines on the screen.
Blood glucose monitoring is accomplished automatically by aspirating a small amount of blood into the patient IV catheter. The patient IV catheter holds the Sensor, which measures the concentration of glucose in the aspirated blood. The Glucose Monitoring System flushes the patient IV catheter with the Calibration Solution in order to clear the blood sample from the patient IV catheter and calibrates the Sensor.

La pantalla principal muestra un gráfico de tendencias de glucosa, la lectura actual de glucosa y mensajes recientes de alerta o estado. El intervalo objetivo de glucosa aparece como una banda resaltada en verde definida por el valor objetivo mínimo y el valor objetivo máximo en el lado izquierdo de la pantalla.
