Dlaczego Fundacja?
W życiu każdego człowieka jest taki moment, kiedy zaczyna zdawać sobie sprawę, że może zmieniać rzeczywistość tak, jak nikt tego nie robił przed nim. Dojrzewa też do tego, że jest integralną częścią społeczeństwa, co oznacza, że problemy innych są również jego problemami. Rodzi to oczywistą odpowiedzialność.
My zobaczyliśmy, że Nasze pasje, ambicje, pomysły i entuzjazm mogą posłużyć zmianie na lepsze nie tylko Nam, ale również tym wszystkim do których są adresowane Nasze projekty i promieniować dalej jako źródło inspiracji.
Pomysł przybrał kształt Fundacji ISSUE. Było to Nam potrzebne aby zebrać siły, uporządkować priorytety i zwiększyć skuteczność Naszych wysiłków w budowaniu lepszego Świata.
Dlaczego ISSUE?
Fundację nazwaliśmy tak, ponieważ to angielskie słowo poprzez wielość swoich znaczeń przypomina Nam, że żaden problem nie jest zarówno oczywisty jak i że aby znaleźć trafne znaczenie oraz rozwiązanie konieczne jest poznanie szerszego kontekstu – w szczególności pragmatycznego kontekstu użycia.
Dlaczego Kultura i Edukacja?
Jesteśmy ludźmi kultury, tak więc to przede wszystkim w tym obszarze czujemy się najbardziej kompetentni. Jednakże złożoność dzisiejszych czasów wymaga elastyczności, mobilności i nieustannego podnoszenia kwalifikacji. Nie sposób dlatego zajmować się dziś kulturą w oderwaniu od reszty zagadnień społecznych i zaprzestać edukacji.
Pragniemy, aby nasze podejście cechowała pasja oparta na wszechstronności, profesjonalizmie oraz wrażliwości na ludzi i zmiany społeczne zachodzące wokół Nas.

Why Foundation?
There is a moment when each person realizes that, with his own work, he can change and develop the reality that surrounds us all. This realization, coupled with the fact that we are an integral part of society, gives rise to more conscious and mature feelings of responsibility for the social issues around us.
We have noticed that with our passions, ambitions, enthusiasm and ideas we can bring about this change, not only for ourselves but also for the people we direct our projects towards. Bringing together these drives for change will radiate out as a source of inspiration.
Why ISSUE?
We chose the name ‘issue’ because, for the Polish, the word ‘issue’ has a very broad meaning, and can be used in many ways. It continually reminds us that no problem is clear-cut, that it needs identifying; and in order to name it and solve it satisfactorily, one must know its wider context, especially its pragmatic context of usage.
Why culture and education?
We are people of culture and therefore we feel competent in this field; however, the complexity of our times requires us to be flexible, mobile and with up-to-date qualifications. We cannot operate within culture alone, separated from social issues, and we must not stop the process of education.
Our desire is that our approach is characterized by passion, versatility, professionalism, with due sensitivity to people and the social changes happening around us.
