RAHMENVEREINBARUNG ÜBER DIE HERSTELLUNG IM AUFTRAG
Vorbemerkung:
AN übernimmt die Produktion, Bearbeitung, Prüfung und/oder Beschaffung von Einsatzmaterialien, und/oder Verpackung des/der in der Anlage 1 genannten Produkts/Produkte des AG (Vertragsprodukte).
Im Rahmen dieser Zusammenarbeit sind die arzneimittelrechtlichen Bestimmungen in der jeweils gültigen Fassung unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des AMG, der Betriebsverordnung für pharmazeutische Unternehmer (PharmBetrV), der EG-GMP-Richtlinien (91/356/EWG vom 13.06.1991), der dazu ergangenen EG-Richtlinien und des EG-GMP-Leitfadens zu beachten. Die genannten Regelungen werden im folgenden zusammenfassend als „Bestimmungen“ bezeichnet; beide Parteien erklären durch ihre Unterschrift, daß ihnen diese Bestimmungen bekannt sind und sie diese einhalten werden.
Mit diesem Vertrag werden die Verantwortlichkeiten der Parteien für die Herstellung und Prüfung des Produktes im Innenverhältnis bestimmt und konkretisiert. Zu diesem Zweck schließen die Parteien folgende Vereinbarung:

Preamble:
The agent assumes responsibility for the production, processing and procurement of starting materials, and/or for the packaging of the principal's product(s) listed in annex 1 (the contractual product).
Within the scope of this cooperation, consideration should be given to the various legal regulations governing pharmaceuticals in their respective presently valid versions. Particular attention should be paid to the AMG (Arzneimittelsgesetz,i.e. the German law regulating pharmaceuticals), enterprise regulations governing pharmaceutical companies (ParmBetrV), the EC-GMP-Guidelines (91/356/EEC from 13.06.1991), the EC-Guidelines issued for this purpose and the EC-GMP Guide. The aforementioned rules and guidelines will be referred to in what follows as "regulations"; by the act of appending their signatures both parties indicate that they are familiar with these regulations and will abide by them.
With this contract, the respective responsibilities of the parties for the manufacture and testing of the contractual product is established and made concrete. To this end, the parties conclude the following agreement:
