Remittance basis
Individuals who are resident but not domiciled or not ordinarily resident in the UK have the option of using the remittance basis of taxation. Significant changes were made to the remittance basis in 2008. Following consultation minor changes will be made to these rules.

ELIGIBLE MARKETS
Subject to any restrictions contained in the FSA Rules or this Instrument, the Company has the power to invest in any securities market or deal on any derivatives market:
• which is an eligible securities market or an eligible derivatives market under the FSA Rules; or
• to the extent that the power to do so is conferred by the FSA Rules irrespective of any issue of eligibility.
The ACD, after consultation with and notification to the Depositary and any Directors in addition to the ACD, may choose a market as one which is appropriate for the purpose of investment of, or dealing in, the Scheme Property. Any such market will be an eligible market for the purposes of the FSA Rules and a list of such markets will be included in the Prospectus.

Jeder derartige Markt wird als innerhalb der FSA-Richtlinien zugelassener Markt betrachtet. Eine entsprechende Liste dieser Märkte wird dem Verkaufsprospekt beigefügt.
