Source text - German Der Masterungsvorgang wird für jede Achse separat durchgeführt, d.h., Montage der Messspitze ohne Berührung zum Markierungsblock mit Kerbe, Anschluss von Spannungsversorgung und Multimeter, Fahren der Achse zum Masterungspunkt, Messspitze so vorschieben, dass sie in die Kerbe eintauchen kann, Ermitteln des Masterungspunktes wie beschrieben, Mastern. Das Fahren der Achse und das Mastern erfolgt mit Hilfe des Handterminals HT 601 im T1 Modus und wird nachfolgend beschrieben. Um den Roboter in der Kabine mit Hilfe des Handterminals bewegen zu können muss an der Konsole der T1 Modus eingeschaltet worden sein. Über die Taste "COORD" wird auf dem Handterminal zum Koordinatensystem "Achsen" durchgeschaltet. Die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit der Achse ist zunächst standardmäßig auf 40 % eingestellt und kann durch die V+ bzw. V- Taste verändert werden. Zur Ermittlung des Masterungspunktes (tiefster Eintauchpunkt) wird die Geschwindigkeit auf den kleinsten Wert gebracht. Das Mastern erfolgt mit Hilfe der Menütechnik des Handterminals HT 601. Taste USER drücken. Es erscheint das nachfolgende Menü: Den Funktionstasten des Handterminals sind die Funktionen nicht unveränderlich zugeordnet, sondern die aktuell gültige Funktion wird jeweils in den beiden untersten Zeilen des Bildschirms angezeigt. Im obigen Bild wählt also die Funktionstaste 1 die Funktion "Mastern" aus. Funktionstaste 1 drücken Das aufgerufene Menü bietet die Auswahl "Mastern" für das manuelle und "AutoMstr" für das automatische Mastern. Das manuelle Mastern kann durchgeführt werden, wenn die beschriebenen Kerben sowie die Flansche zum Anbau der Masterungswerkzeuges montiert sind. Das automatische Mastern erfordert Sensoren an den Achsen und wird im Kapitel 2 beschrieben. Nella suddetta immagine seleziona quindi il tasto di funzione 1, la funzione "Mastern" (controllo della posizione master). Premere il tasto di funzione 1 Il menù selezionato offre la scelta "controllo della posizione master" per il controllo manuale e "AutoMstr" per il controllo automatico. Il controllo della posizione master in manuale può essere effettuato, quando le suddette tacche e le suddette flange sono state montate in aggiunta agli strumenti di controllo.
